The house was in a quiet cul-de-sac. The owners were very accommodating and the room was impeccably presented

I liked the location of the property and the host couple are both very sweet!
It’s a shared space

Lovely location, great host, very clean and comfortable room.
I liked everything, I only have a small suggestion to maybe add a small space for a desk.

The location is wonderful for visiting Kew gardens and there a many really good restaurants nearby.
Communications with the owner weren't going through. I think this was a bookings.com issue since the owner sent the information multiple times and I replied multiple times but neither of us received the others messages.
