We absolutely loved this house. Feels brand-new...I think it was built in early 2020, but it still feels like it just got built. It was very ,very clean. Everything is in great shape, really nice finishes, great kitchen, wide hallways, a lot of living space, outdoor covered fireplace that we used every is great! Great location in Carillon--really close to the Main St/village area, and also really close to two walkovers. And easy for our kids to get to the basketball court. It was our family of 6 and another family of 5, and we all had plenty of room. Cannot recommend highly enough. We will be back!

Amazingly well kept property, and extremely comfortable. perfectly positioned in the community and only a few steps from the ocean. We loved the lake view , especially fro the 2nd floor decks. I am certain We will be returning again in the future . The property manager ( Karen ) is super knowledgeable and helpful: she was available in person promptly, when even minor adjustments required attention .We have stayed at 4 different homes in this community over the past 9 years and this was by far the nicest home and associated amenities .Thank you Kindness Matters !!

House was basically a 5 star rental. A few maintenance things. Light bulb out above dining table. No cover for porch TV . Screw and nut missing on one dining room chair. Dresser in first floor master is very hard to open the drawers . We were not sure if the half bath was cleaned before we got there.

We absolutely loved Kindness Matters! It is a beautiful home, spacious inside and the 4 porches were wonderful to sit and enjoy the view of the lake! It was extremely clean and the kitchen was stocked with all the amenities that we could possibly need. We have rented several houses from Carrilon Beach Rentals and are always happy with their professionalism and service!

Kindness Matters was one of several homes in Carillon Beach used for friends and family for our son’s wedding. However, Kindness Matters was the nicest one of the lot. Our hosts, Karen and her team, took great care of us and everything was perfect. She even answered a few questions while she herself was on vacation out of the country! Thank you for being an integral part of a very important weekend for our family!

We absolutely loved staying at Kindness Matters. We have been traveling to the panhandle for 20 years. We normally stay in Watercolor but came to Carillon for a wedding. We fell in love with the area and truly loved this house. The layout is perfect for bringing your family. It has an open floor plan, is updated, and is decorated beautifully. We will definitely stay here the next time we come to Florida.

Our stay at Kindness Matters was absolutely perfect! The house is extremely spacious, beautifully decorated, stocked with everything you need for a great vacation and located just a short walk to the beach! We especially appreciated the beach towels and 2 beach chairs provided. The Carillon community is clean, private and so pretty. It was perfect for our group of 6 adults and hope to return in the future!

We loved everything about this property. The reviews were spot on! Very comfy and roomy house for our group of nine. Kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of parking and we had just a short walk to the beach. So nice to have the reserved chairs in front of the pool walkover. Karen was a pleasure to work with and we sure hope that this house is available when we return next summer!

Beautiful spacious accommodations. Comfortable seating in the common areas and on the back deck enhance your ability to quickly relax and feel at home. The well-equipped, fully functional kitchen is ready for any type of cooking and entertaining. Ideal location on the lake and only a short walk to the pool and beach access.

This house was such a dream. From the perfect location in the middle of the neighborhood, to the exceptional kitchen, and roomy bedrooms. Our families loved Kindness Matters. The kids rode their bikes to the beach and pools, and we grilled and watched TV out on the back porch in the afternoons. Plenty of room for rest and fun for our party of 9. We will book again!!

My family spent 5 days at this fabulous house for my daughter's wedding. The house is beautiful and well appointed. The space was perfect and ample for 12 adults. Karen was a pleasure to work with. I had a couple questions and one maintenance issue which was resolved in minutes. The house is equipped with plenty of dishware, cookware, beach equipment, linens and other essentials. I can't say enough about this property. We would absolutely rent here again. This house was perfect for us because it is 2 doors down from the chapel. We were able to walk to our daughter's wedding. Very fun!

Kindness Matters is an exceptionally beautiful home with a perfect location. It is a very short walk to the beach and to one of the properties swimming pools. The floor plan is perfect for gathering a large family. We also enjoyed the large back porch. This home has the rare quality of being classic and simple in decor which we appreciated.

The home is beautiful. It was the perfect house for our family of ten, which included three generations. The home was immaculate and is equipped with everything we needed. The decor is exactly what I would pick out for my own home. We all loved it, and would love to stay there again. The location is perfect, and it is very close to the beach.

As perfect as a Hurricane Trip Could Be!!
Kindness Matters is truly one of the most welcoming, good-vibe places I have ever stayed - and I have been staying up and down 30-A for 30 years. The house itself is incredibly spacious, with plenty of room to spread out and plenty to gather. We almost didn’t make it because of Hurricane Sally, but even with the neighborhood flooded, the people were so warm and friendly! The beaches were uncrowded and beautiful in a way I had not seen (post hurricane). The restaurants opened and we dined safely (COVID!) outside at Gratitude right across the park from the house - delicious food! The Phat Crab across the way also has the best “Mystery Margarita” I have tasted to date. The weather changed to chilly in the evening and we especially enjoyed the outdoor fireplace at that time. We danced to the music of a wedding in the square on the back porch. Just the best stay ever. Karen was so amazing and wonderful to work with. If I can help it, I will rent from her from now on!!

Beautiful Vacation Rental
This house was absolutely gorgeous! Wonderful location on the lake at Carillon and just a short walk to the beach. The home was spotlessly clean and completely stocked with all necessities. Spacious living area and kitchen were great for our family with 4 kids 18-28. Loved the covered porch at back. So relaxing. The property manager was absolutely great! Easy to communicate with and very helpful. Went above and beyond for us. We will definitely be back!
