Benvenuti nel nostro condominio di South Wildwood situato a soli 1,5 isolati dalla spiaggia e dal lungomare n. 1 del New Jersey.
Soggiorno minimo di 7 giorni (da sabato a sabato) dal Memorial Day al Labor Day. Altre volte soggiorno minimo 2 giorni.

Siamo vicini alla spiaggia ma abbastanza lontani dal rumore e dalla congestione del cuore di Wildwood.

Al piano superiore ci sono tre camere da letto, bagno completo, centro lavanderia e ampio spazio di archiviazione nell'armadio. Tutte le camere sono dotate di smart tv e tende oscuranti. La camera da letto principale ha due grandi finestre che si affacciano sulla piscina. Tutti i bagni, cucina e sala da pranzo hanno pavimenti in piastrelle di ceramica.
Disponibile per l'uso saranno due sedie a sdraio e un ombrellone.
La nostra strada ha molte famiglie che sono tornate da più di 20 anni. Questo dà una calda atmosfera di quartiere. Pensiamo che trascorrerai delle belle vacanze qui.

We came to Wildwood to attend the annual Irish festival. Great location, parking was a plus.

This was our first time visiting the area. I wanted a place close to the beach, parking for both vehicles and preferably a pool. This place has it all. It’s spacious nicely furnished and decorated. The only negative was that the house was really warm despite the air conditioning and fans.
We will definitely be returning.

It was exactly like the pictures, which I liked. The pool area and living space were both clean. Well stocked kitchen.

The property was comfortably furnished and clean and had all we needed. The pool was a bonus. The best was being able to walk to the beach, boardwalk, shops, and all the wonderful restaurants. The MudHen Brewery and the Dog's Tooth were 2 of our favorites. Cape May wineries a short drive and more great places to eat. The AC equipment in the closet of the 3rd bedroom was quite noisey, so our son ended up sleeping in the 2nd bedroom with his sister, but I don't think it would bother a child at all.

The town house was very clean and nicely decorated. My boys and I enjoyed the pool. There was an issue with the garbage disposal and the owner was diligent to get it taken care of. The bathrooms were a little small and the chairs at the table were uncomfortable. The chairs for the beach were convenient and light to carry. Everything was close by. It was also nice to have parking for 2 cars. The water pressure was good and stayed warm for all of us to shower. The owner was friendly and easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful trip.

The property location was prefect for us! No crazy check in or out processes made it simple. Kitchen was adequate but missing measure cup and spoons. Keurig would have been better for my family. Queen matress was terrible!!! I would stay again but only if they upgraded from the RV type mattress.

House was surface clean where you can see. Would recommend deep clean air vents included. Damage to house was not disclosed prior to us going hand rail ripped out of the wall to upstairs and ceiling blades removed from fan in bedroom. Air conditioning unit for whole upstairs located in bedroom very loud and difficult to sleep also not disclosed. Not our type of place to stay. To top it off power to whole island went out at 10:00 AM Friday so we left early. Owner had no control over this happening heard power returned this morning.

This rental is located at an ideal spot close to the boardwalk, 1/2 a block from a dinner and an ice cream shop and within walking distance from several resturants. With a little effort, you walk to the Wildwood entertainment piers and mini golf. Street was surprisingly quiet and the pool handy for afternoon dips. Could use an upgrade on the pots and pans and I think the mini grill was missing an attachment. Nicely beachy feel to the decorations. HVAc system was a little noisy but with the fans truned on it moved the cool air around (though one bedroom fan lacked blades). Overall it met ours needs for the week.

The owners, the neighborhood and the home are immaculately clean, everything is within walking distance, the quietness of the neighborhood is awesome, wish we could've stayed longer. Thank you to the hosts for a beautiful place.

I would Definately book this place again. The condo was clean, cool and very roomy and comfortable, the only thing we had to bring was sheets and linens but that was totally ok. Owners are so nice and so prompt getting back to us ASAP. Thanks for the great stay. I give it a 10

We have stayed here the past 2 years for the weekend for our kids cheerleading competition! The owner is the absolute best! The place immaculate with everything you need. It’s spacious warm and welcoming!

The property was nice,close to the ocean with pretty swimming pool. After a while our 3 years old started coughing more and more. We found the vents was extremely dirty and full of mold.(have pictures).Washer was full of mold inside also. We did contact the owner,she said we shouldn't be concerned too much,and want to give us 100$ refund.We said no,thanks.Child was coughing more and more,so after contact a pediatrician we left 2 days earlier.Told about that the owner,she came and said the vents are clean!!! But we have a pictures.So,very expensive vacations was completely spoiled, no refunt ,even we paid a lot for cleaning .No more renting there.

My family and I rented this property for Irish weekend/car show. The location is great! The house was clean, right in front of the pool, and lots of room! The host communicated very well with me. My husband left his shirts in the closet and they even offered to mail them to us. Overall it was a fantastic weekend and would love to return.

Walls are in need of paint. Queen bed is well worn and should be replaced. A/C unit is loud and noisy. Touch keypad is almost impossible to see numbers during daylight.

Amazing home
My family of 7 just stayed at this property. The homeowner was fantastic, the location is amazing and the home was beautiful. Everything we needed, my children were comfortable and the pool was definitely a major plus!! Will definitely stay here again!!

It is away from boardwalk so very quiet at night.

This condo was in a great location, and the owner was very responsive. Unfortunately when we arrived, we immediately noticed the condo had not been cleaned at all prior to our stay. The owner quickly responded, was apologetic and gave us a financial compensation. Much appreciated and that’s the reason I gave 3 stars, but we still had to clean and vacuum the whole place. If this didn’t happen, my rating would be higher.

What a great little condo for a home away from home! Great for a family or close group of friends! Extremely clean and spacious with an owner who is very accommodating and answered every question promptly.

Great location and close to everything. The owner was informative. The house was clean. The only downfall was that the thermostat is set to a specific temperature. It got very hot at night and one of the room's fans did not have blades which would have made things better.

The pool was wonderful. On a few days it was too hot to go to the beach and the pool was an excellent alternative.

We had a great stay at E. Hand condo. The condo complex was quiet and the pool area was kept very clean. I loved that there was a feet washing station to use for my boys' sandy feet after the beach. The location was close to everything from the broadwalk, ice cream, mini golf, bike rentals and restaurants. The grocery store was close by as well. The condo was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. When I couldn't locate the location of the trash outside Teuta was quick to respond and very helpful. The smart lock was a great feature and I was glad to not have to worry about taking keys on the beach.
