keys were left with security I struggled to open the door the guard just watched me until a resident helped. He was rude and unhelpful the keys weren’t in my name even though I showed proof I tried to call all the numbers for help none of the help numbers answered all went to voicemail
You were unreachable all phones went to voicemail or no one answered
Ad says parking is available but security says it’s only for certain people and wouldn’t explain who
No clarity is parking paid in advance or how does it work?
Security was rude and unhelpful yet he’s the first person people meet at the residence

The location was good. I was able to prepare our meals with ease.
The dining area was a little squished. Means of charging a phone was not provided for.
