This accommodation is designed for the upper market. It has a lot of charm, with a spa, gas fireplace, nice couches, appliances, etc. The location from the town centre was good. My bad review about the location was regarding the main road being 50 metres from the cabin.
Firstly, knowing that the accommodation was only 50 metres from the main road would have been beneficial. The constant traffic noise from cars and buses, particularly noticeable during our visit on a public holiday from 6 am to 8 pm, was a bit of a letdown.
Additionally, the host's handling of our booking was disappointing. They tried to impose an extra night's stay to confirm our reservation, changing the minimum stay requirements at the last minute (from the usual 3 nights to 4 nights). This seemed quite inconsiderate, focusing on additional profit and nearly disrupting our holiday plans.

Everything ,it was so well set up. Lots of thought given to providing everything we could ever want or need. The spa was fabulous. So quiet and peaceful. Keyless entry was great.
Poor internet and could not get Netflix to work on tv. I know it’s something that probably is beyond control. It did make us go for an evening walk though!

We stayed in lodge 11 for 3 nights. The lodge was super clean, modern and comfortable. There was a full kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and stocked with everything you needed to cook. The bathroom was spacious and clean with hot water and fluffy towels. There was Netflix on the TV and a cosy wood fire heater. It was a short drive into the town and the hikes. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again.

Stunning mountain views, a lovely fireplace and fully equipped kitchen! Very close to the centre of Halls Gap which was perfect for us.
Thought we were paying extra for a jacuzzi but our villa didn't even have one. No door between the bathroom and bedroom, making the stay very awkward (and cold) at times!
