If you are looking for an escape to a private paradise that is family (little kid friendly) look no further! The house was the perfect size for my husband, myself, in-laws and 3 little kids (5 and under). Plenty of space, stocked kitchen, and kid-friendly beach and pool toys to enjoy your day at the beach and in the pool! The beach views were lovely and Caytee was great to communicate with! I highly recommend this place - especially families! We will definitely be back :-)

My brother and I stayed here for a week to welcome my daughter's Canadian fiancé, Mick. He came down for the one year anniversary of her death to be with us. We also had other family members come for day visits to meet Mick. The owner of this VRBO could not have been kinder to us. She was flexible and understanding. The home was clean, peaceful, comfortable. Sitting on the deck, we enjoyed stunning sunrises over the beach. This was a wonderful, healing visit for all of us and the setting was a big part of that. It was just what we needed.

Very nice house and great pool for kids to enjoy. View of gulf was beautiful. Plan on renting again next year.

Enjoy the beach and Bay across the street while taking a dip in your own pool. House is set back from the road with a nice porch with table and chairs to enjoy outdoors. Under house area and pool have plenty of toys to enjoy. The home itself has 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed and a third bedroom with 2 twins. The kitchen is well equipped with a regular coffee grind maker, as well as a Nespresso machine. We loved that this vacation home was just that, a home with plenty of items that most rentals do not come with.

Comfortable Beach front house with great front porch with gulf and pool views. Clean, stocked and very comfortable & cozy. Close to grocery store and restaurants (S&B’s!!) located in a clean quiet neighborhood-and the beach RIGHT THERE! Thank you for your hospitality!

From start to finish, we had a fantastic experience with this house. We are beach house rookie, and the help from Caytee could not have been better. The responses were fast and on point. Honestly, we were spoiled with how well we were treated. The house is great. It had everything we needed. It was clean and ready as soon as we pulled in. The location is awesome and the price was perfect for our budget. The only negative was the squeaky beds (they weren't uncomfortable, just squeaky). We had the entire beach to ourselves - we only ever saw two other families the entire week we were there. The ocean was warm and the shallow decent of the ocean floor was perfect for our toddlers. The pool was clean and a perfect temperature. Thank you to the ownership and all the supporting members. You gave us a stupendous summer vacation. We would absolutely rent again.

The location of this property cannot be beat. It’s on a quiet stretch of beach with not much traffic on the only road you have to cross to get there. My family loved the pool. Communication with Caytee was prompt and she had some great recommendations for the area. We really appreciated the sand toys and beach cart provided! Just a heads up there is no dining area inside other than the bar which I failed to realized ahead of time. There is a nice table on the porch though. The only downside I can even think of is the beds. They are VERY uncomfortable. And the pillows leave a lot to be desired. Neither my husband or myself slept well all week because of this. With some minor improvements this place could be top of the line! It’s still a great place, just bring your own pillows.

Loved this house, location and Caytee. Pool was great and beach right across the street that seemed to belong only to us. Will definitely stay again if available. Neighbors really are adorable..

We had the most peaceful and relaxing vacation we have ever been on. We had never been to the Mississippi coast and weren’t sure what to expect. It’s was beautiful and we loved it. We enjoyed the beach and the pool every day. We went into Bay St. Louis and Pass Christian to eat, and we didn’t have to wait for a table. It was so nice to visit somewhere that wasn’t over crowded with tourists. We also used the grill at the house a couple of nights. The house was very well-equipped with everything you would need to cook or grill. We hope to visit again! The neighbors were quite lovely as well!

The street separating the home from the gulf was a very slow moving not highly traveled street. It was quiet and so nice. The neighbors were precious. The waters in the gulf were incredibly calm and extremely shallow. As a mom, I LOVED it. The kids enjoyed the one day with big waves when the winds were higher. It was a perfect balance. They also loved the pool. We really really had a nice week. We’d absolutely visit again. The property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful any time I reached out. She was great! All in all we leave with a happy heart! We couldn’t ask for anything more.

Loved the house, pool, and especially location. We traveled to Biloxi and New Orleans for short visits all within close travel. Some days we had the beach entirely to ourselves!

Caytee is an excellent host. Everything was as stated or better. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe and the beach was perfect for our family. The house was clean and worked well for our stay. We would definitely stay again. Oh, and the neighbors are amazing!

Spent a wonderful weekend at this property. You cannot beat the views! Caytee, the owner, was so accommodating and answered all our questions. Only thing I would recommend is getting high speed Internet and cable TV. We were unable to connect to mirror our phones to the TV without a WIFI connection. If you are ok with not having access that ( we ended up going without) then it’s fine. We loved our stay!
