Benvenuti nella nostra nuovissima casita. Siamo situati nella prestigiosa zona di Kierland, con negozi, ristoranti, eventi fantastici e fantastici. Car Show di Barrett Jackson, torneo di golf PGA, spettacolo di cavalli arabi nel nostro cortile. A breve distanza si trovano le strutture per l'allenamento primaverile, la città vecchia con bar, club e gallerie d'arte.
La casita è nuova di zecca, ma abbiamo un sacco di lavoro e adoriamo costruirla per il tuo divertimento. Non ci sono aree condivise nella casita ed è totalmente privata. L'unità è composta da un soggiorno con TV Samsung 4K e
un Alexa per il tuo piacere d'ascolto. Anche una camera da letto, con un televisore Samsung 4K, un letto king size e una cucina ben fornita con una caffettiera Keurig. Il bagno ha un pannello doccia con 8 getti più una funzione pioggia / cascata.
Hai anche 2 patii privati. Uno vicino alla cucina con il suo tavolo privato, sedie e griglia Weber, l'altro vicino alla porta sul retro con sedie a sdraio per rilassarsi in piscina.

We stayed for 14 days. While the owner also lives on-site, we rarely saw her, unless we needed something. A great location, cozy space to stay. We already plan to return.

We had a good time at this rental. Mostly we hung out at the pool during the day. It was pretty quiet, which was nice. The pool area is shared between this rental, the owner and her 3 dogs (well-behaved), and an additional rental unit attached to the opposite side of the house. We overlapped with other renters for a few days, but we didn't see much of them.
Highlights: Beautiful pool and patio areas, amazing shower, comfortable bed, easy check-in, great communication, close to a lot of good restaurants, had what we needed to cook our breakfasts and lunches.

We found dirty clothes in one of the drawers when we went to put our clothes away. Pool wasn't very clean. Yard is cluttered around the pool. Lattice not attached to fence. The A/C wasn't working very well. Felt hot inside. We left 2 days early, our concert was canceled and we weren't very comfortable in the place.

We stayed for a week while recovering from surgery. This was the perfect place for us. The host was very kind and responsive.

We were there for a week to take care of grandkids. It was just so blistering hot so not able to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked to.

We had a great stay! The place is very clean, lots of closet space, comfortable bed, great kitchen. The best part is the pool and the amazing shower panel! The pool is shared but it's very large, great lounge chairs.

This property was convenient for my husband and I to visit our daughter who lives near by. It’s close to Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter, both have good restaurants and shopping. Parking and access was easy. There is a good sized kitchen with a full sized fridge. We had our privacy with no issues.

With the exception of the AC and the request from the owner to leave the AC off while not in the property, we had a great first experience with this type of lodging. We would stay here again.

Great location, very quiet neighbourhood, close to shopping and dining. The house was perfect, well stocked kitchen and very comfortable bed, private patio and pool were great. Easy contact with host. Really enjoy our stay and our puppy love it too!

Very nice little place. No check in instructions given prior to entering, drove 3 hours to get there and had to ask if we could go in because no instructions were sent via VBRO. Pets welcome but beware there is only a iron fence blocking your pets from the owners 3 cute little dogs. The owner allowed their pets to run right up to the back yard fence enclosure causing our youngest pet to get very aggressive, if your pets are not socialized yet, this may be a precaution to consider. No instructions found inside for internet or how to lock and unlock entrance if you want to come and go as you please. We were comfortable and left alone, just didn't feel welcome. If you are looking for a nice place and you do not mind mingling this place is ideal. If you are looking for complete solitude, you may want to ask questions before booking. Owner was prompt at answering. Pans to cook with had burned on residue, there is no garbage disposal, no extra trash bags in trash cans-had to buy our own. Final review=nice clean place - needs a few adjustments and it would have gotten 5 stars.
