Would like to keep heating more constant if needed rather than keep turning up but it’s ok

Das Doppelbett war sehr bequem, die technische Ausstattung der Küche war sehr gut, im Badezimmer gab es eine tolle Dusche.

Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer war nicht bequem. Das Geschirr war zum Teil defekt (Sprung in Gläsern und in einer Schüssel) und es gab zu wenig Tassen und kein Schälmesser.

The upstairs of the property, as well as the dining area, was really comfortable, clean, well equipped and with good fittings. Great shower and comfy upstairs beds. The downstairs sofa bed was old, not clean and extremely uncomfortable; extremely thin mattress and spring over uncomfortable. In the kitchen the oven was unspeakably dirty and there was a thick film of dust on top of the fridge. Baking trays and frying pan were in a state to be thrown out and the draining rack at the sink was old and rusty. We had chosen the property as the kitchen was a great size, but unfortunately we’re not able to use it because of the state of the oven and pans. All electrical appliances in the house were great and amount of space was perfect. Woukd not take much to address these points and bring this otherwise really nice accomodation up to scratch.
