I chose this place because of the location and the walking distance from the beach. It was the perfect distance and the pool and hot tub was amazing. The owner made this process so easy and painless! Highly recommend!

We Loved the location near the beach. The house consisted of everything we needed, except toilet paper. There were a lot of spider webs out in the pool area, but we still managed to enjoy the pool and hot tub! The stay with my three sisters were comfortable there and we will definitely book here again if we Vacation in Tampa, FL.

Pool was great. Short walk to the beach. Missing a lot of quality of life features inside the house (no ice maker or ice trays so we had to buy ice, no dishwasher, no Keurig, no wand shower head, beds and pillows are not very comfortable, not many towels, only a single roll of toilet paper, no paper towels, and a half used bottle of soap, no laundry detergent, batteries in remotes were dead, wifi kept dropping). But nobody goes on a beach vacation to hang out inside, so I'm only taking off one star for this stuff.

First and most important, the owner was responsive and available with any and all questions. A new electronic lock had been installed on the front door. We had questions about using the lock and were able to immediately get ahold of the owner whom was very polite, patient and helpful. During the rest of our stay, owner was always available for any other questions we had and always responded immediately. I say this due to our extensive experiences traveling locally and abroad. I can say owners/property managers do not always make themselves available so it was refreshing to have a property owner that was actually available and responded to any question we had and was always polite and friendly. House and property was very clean and well put together. The pictures do not exaggerate. The back deck/patio area is large for laying out, eating meals, etc. The side “tiki bar” is also a nice addition which includes an outdoor TV. Pool is large with attached hot tub. There are two living rooms, both large, with a good size kitchen. All appliances appear newer and in perfect condition. Two bedrooms. Again, also large and plenty of space to spread out with whatever luggage you bring along for an extended stay. Bathroom is a double sink with good size shower. Again, all fixtures appeared newer and in good condition. There is also a pull out couch bed. House easily big enough for two couples/ medium size family with kids etc. while some travelers/groups would prefer more than one bathroom, it wasn’t a big deal and our group got used to juggling just the one bathroom so don’t let that deter you! Bottom line. If you want an owner that is involved on a well kept property that is literally a 10 minute walk to the beach and next to everything in the Redington and Clearwater area than I would recommend. We will very likely stay again at property if we return to thr area.

This is a very spacious home with an awesome pool area. The location to the beach is great, within walking distance. We appreciated all of the beach equipment and pool toys! Would definitely stay here again!

Close to a lot of beaches, cute house, included main essentials needed when traveling.

We stayed in this property in February as a winter getaway for close to two weeks. The check in process was super easy, and the owners were very responsive. The property was perfect for our family of 3 with two bed/1 bath. It was two blocks from the beach, and a little more to a lovely park our 3 year old daughter wanted to visit every day! The space was nicely updated and clean. We appreciated the beach cart, chairs and laundry and all the towels they had!I appreciated that the house was away from crowds, in a quiet residential street and super safe. There weren’t a lot of walkable choices for restaurants (we did order takeout from the nearby restaurant several times and very good) but a lot in the 1-2mi radius. The house doesn’t have a dishwasher which wasn’t a big deal for us, but it might be for some. I would recommend a bit more toilet paper than the starter roll, and maybe some hand soap, and maybe one larger pot/pan. But these are super minor. The biggest disappointment was the pool/spa area which was not heated (I had asked about the pool before but didn’t know the spa was also not heated).The owners did decide to install a heater while we were there, and we were super appreciative and didn’t mind the interruption of it meant we could have a heater pool and hot spa to use. Unfortunately, there were some issues with the heating system and the remote so the pool was not warm enough until basically the last day and half we were there. There was a similar issue with the spa, but the installation people (who were there almost daily) were super helpful and responsive and worked on it so we had sporadic use for most of a week which helped. Once this becomes consistent, I’m sure this will be wonderful for us northerners wanting to go south during the winter months! Overall we really liked this space and the owners were so responsive and loved the area. We would likely stay here again! If you have a larger family, there was another very new 3bed/2bath house with a large year and grille nearby that friends rented which was beautiful and worked perfect for us to have our own space but see friends.

The pool / spa area is awesome and the pictures don’t even do it justice with how nice it is. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and the walk to the beach is super short. Redington Beach is just as nice as any of the other nearby beaches but without all the crazyness which is perfect! The hosts contacted us the day we checked in just to see if we had any questions and let us know they were available if we needed anything which was great. I would definitely stay again!

With a car, it is easy to see lots of things, nearby. This house is well-stocked, including everything you need for the beach (chairs, toys, umbrellas and a wagon to haul it all). The hosts were in contact and willing to answer any questions.

We had a great 7 night stay. The house is large enough to share with another family because there are multiple living spaces to spread out both inside and outside. Outside pool area is terrific with a covered dining area and a tiki hut/bar area. Kitchen had everything we needed and I loved the convenience of the washer and dryer. House is a very quick walk to a free quiet beach. Owners were very responsive. We would stay here again.

Property owner communicated well and pool guy tried to fix heater twice but the pool was the entire reason we choose this property and paid approx 2x more per night than other rental properties in the area. Property owner did refund the additional money they had billed us five days prior to our stay for heating the pool. We completely understand that things like this happen but would have never booked this property in the first place had we known we wouldn't have use of the pool.

This house was great for our stay! It is a short little walk to the beach and a very quiet neighborhood. The house is very cute and beds comfy. The best part of the house is the outdoor pool area. There are two great hang out spots outside. I would definitely stay again!

House is cute and in a good safe neighborhood, pool was fantastic, very close to semi-private beach.

It located in a nice neighborhood and very close to the beach. Pool pump didn't work , the showerhead barely put out water, lights didn't work outside for the pool. Could be a very nice property but needs some TLC and upgrades.
