room was clean and great.. very comfortable..hot shower was great too
location was good before going to Cameron.. but other store looks kinda abandoned..Cound not find iron.. and no tea/coffee in the room..

Great. The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly. We get room that is close from each other as per requested. Overall we satisfied 👍 They also upgrade our room for free. (King Standard to Deluxe King of I'm not mistaken!) Love it! ❤
There's a dog barking outside at 2am. A bit noisy but not to long.

The person in charge, Mr. Sean is very kind and polite, great hospitality. pleasant stay, rooms are clean and perfect, location is strategic. Will book again, Thanks to Mr. Sean, wonderful person and greatest hospitality by far in Ipoh.

All was ok except water leakage.
The washroom taps need to be checked and the washroom floor needs to be modified so that the water from the washroom does not go to the bedroom.
