Benvenuti al Cherry Cottage - un elegante bungalow sulla spiaggia con 2 camere da letto e 1 bagno che dorme (5) e immerso nel cuore del villaggio di Capitola. Il Cherry Cottage si trova a pochi passi da numerosi negozi e ristoranti e da una delle destinazioni di surf preferite della regione in Capitola! La casa è il luogo perfetto se i tuoi figli sono iscritti alle Guardola Junior Guards quest'estate - solo un colpo diretto alla spiaggia e meno di 5 minuti a piedi.
Il Cherry Cottage presenta nuovi pavimenti in laminato, posti a sedere nel patio anteriore e posteriore per prendere il sole e pasti all'aperto, una nuova vasca da bagno con piedini, una doccia chiusa in vetro, una cucina da chef completa di eleganti ripiani in granito, armadi, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e alti pentole di qualità. C'è un grande televisore a schermo piatto nella zona giorno con streaming Netflix e Amazon, Internet wireless ad alta velocità. La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto a piramide - che ha un materasso pieno nella parte inferiore e un letto singolo nella parte superiore - perfetto per la tua famiglia di 5 persone. Tocchi premurosi sono evidentemente in tutta la casa, tra cui una panca con finestrini con cuscini colorati, sedute moderne per un massimo di 6 persone nella zona giorno principale, posti a sedere al bar al bancone della cucina in granito e altro ancora. Parcheggia la tua auto nelle aree designate in Capitola con il pass per il parcheggio fornito e cammina ovunque da questo punto centrale.

Perfect beach house!!
This house is PERFECT for a capitola beach stay! It’s only 2 blocks from the beach and tucked back on a small side street far enough to not get all the noise and crowds walking around! Has everything you might need. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to vacation at the capitola beach!

Our family lives up the “hill” on Cabrillo Street and it was a super fast walk up through the neighborhood and school yard!!! Such a great spot- nice neighborhood with friendly locals too.
Parking is beastly- so beware! Especially with the summer crowd but if you wear the right kicks- it’s all good!! Walking is best, right? 😁
Just some food for thought- update the binder as the check in and check out time are misrepresented- we noticed that first thing after checking in the house.
Thanks so much for the great spot! Can’t wait to come again- this time just a mom and dad trip! Ha!

Great, quiet location. You will be climbing stairs every time you access the property, but it is not that big of a deal if you are able to handle stairs.

Oh Beach Life!
we had an excellent tine at this cottage! home away from home! No problem parking, stairs to front door were no problem for three seniors! Office staff so very helpful!

The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood very close to downtown. However, we were jot aware of all the concrete steps leading to the property. We are 70+ In years and it was very difficult for two ladies in our group to get up and down those steps. Also, the street parking was a nightmare. On one occasion I had to drive around for 45 minutes looking for a spot. I do not recommend this rental for the “ older age group”.

The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood very close to downtown. However, we were jot aware of all the concrete steps leading to the property. We are 70+ In years and it was very difficult for two ladies in our group to get up and down those steps. Also, the street parking was a nightmare. On one occasion I had to drive around for 45 minutes looking for a spot. I do not recommend this rental for the “ older age group”.

Very clean home with everything you need to feel like your at home. You only need to bring a suitcase! It's walking distance to many restaurants and one of our most loved bakery's Gayles. Liz at Beachnest properties was very responsive and Brenna was always available to answer questions.
