Surfside by the Sea I, seconda fila a Garden City Beach, offre convenienza e comfort in un'atmosfera condominiale rilassata con giardini meravigliosamente paesaggistici, piscina e 2 griglie a carbone. # 202 è un 2 camere da letto, 1 bagno con cucina completamente attrezzata, lavatrice / asciugatrice, ventilatori a soffitto, WIFI e ampio soggiorno con balcone privato con vista sull'oceano. Ospita 4 persone con un letto matrimoniale e 2 letti singoli. Siamo spiacenti, non fumare o animali domestici ammessi. Senza ascensore.

Great last minute stay.

Great location! Close to beach/ access. They handled a maintenance issue right away. It was fine for a quick weekend! One tip would be good to know, even though they give you the digit key code by email, that they require you to pick up parking passes at Realtor’s office, if not before 6pm, they will put it in a box outside. I did read that if you arrive after 6pm, you have to go back the next day to sign the rules/charges by 12pm. I don’t understand why they just don’t leave the rules and parking passes in the condo for you. The condo needs painted and better drapery. The linen service doesn’t supply hand towels, and few wash clothes. Bring extra toilet paper and your own tissues.

Overall great stay. Side note to have back up toilet paper, we had three females in the house. Also, dish washer soap.
