Location, Staff really friendly, professional and helpful, especially Miguel and Roberto.
Lovely clean room.

The hotel is situated in a very nice part of town with loads of quirky bars and restaurants while very close to the main museums and the park. Even though you have to climb stairs to get to the hotel, the staff insist on carrying the luggage, which is very nice.
We loved the cafe where we had breakfast every morning, although it is a bit funny to call yourself a B&B while breakfast is not really included. Having said that, the ‘solution’ works well.
We had a room facing the street which gave us a nice view out over the street and plenty of natural light. However, especially Friday and Saturday nights were rather noisy with people hanging out on the street being loud. So, if you are a bad sleeper and like to have a window open at night, perhaps select a room at the back.

It was in an excellent location, the staff were nice and very helpful and it was very clean
The room was very cramped, we didn’t even have space for our luggage , the bathroom was tiny too and it really felt claustrophobic
