Hampton Home - Private Beach, Pool & Deck Near Wine Trail!
Benvenuti nella lista della nostra bellissima casa al mare per famiglie! La nostra casa è perfetta per chi desidera rilassarsi sulla nostra spiaggia privata (proprio fuori dalla nostra porta sul retro), rilassarsi a bordo piscina o sul ponte, visitare il villaggio locale o esplorare i dintorni locali.
Siamo a pochi minuti dal centro di Westhampton Beach e vicino a dozzine di cantine nella North Fork. Lo adoriamo qui e speriamo che lo faccia anche tu!
Lo spazio
Posizione, posizione, posizione! Questa ariosa casa moderna si trova proprio su un acro di fronte all'oceano. Se la spiaggia non fa per te, la piscina, la terrazza privata con amache e posti a sedere, gli spazi abitativi inondati dal sole e le camere da letto faranno sicuramente il trucco!
Accesso ospite:
Accesso completo e privato al primo e al secondo piano, alle aree piscina e coperta. Quattro camere da letto, cucina, tre bagni, due zone giorno (piano superiore e piano inferiore) e due sale da pranzo. Ampio parcheggio di fronte. I proprietari mantengono un piccolo appartamento al piano seminterrato.
Altre cose da notare:
La nostra bella casa non dispone attualmente di aria condizionata centralizzata. In un attimo, la brezza dell'oceano fa il trucco, ma forniamo anche nuovissimi ventilatori ad alta potenza per ogni camera da letto. Nessuna lamentela ancora!

The property was absolutely fabulous with every amenity you could hope for. The location on the beach was truly beautiful with many vantage points to enjoy the view. The host responded quickly and their attention to detail was excellent! The kitchen was really well equipped and the coffee machine and pods were very much enjoyed!! Having the pool as well for the grandchildren was a big plus. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us! It was a wonderful holiday!

This is a beautiful beach house with a pool and it is located on a wide and deep sandy beach. Very comfortable home, great location and awesome beach. Owner is also very easy to deal with and highly recommend this beach home.

We spent 4 weeks at Lulu's house, and we loved every minute of it. The house is perfectly located and totally comfortable. Lulu is a great host. We hope to go back one day!

This is a beautiful home located on one of the best ocean beaches that you will find on the east coast. This house is amazing and much nicer than the pictures posted. Luisa Cabrera provides a very warm and inviting home with every little touch that you can want for a stay in their home. The kitchen is well stocked as were the other rooms in the house. All you need is a bathing suit some food and drink and all else is provided including beach chairs and pool toys. We were two families with adult children and this house offers so many different areas to spend your time that we were never on top of one another. You could go to the beach, gather in the loft deck with amazing beach views, sunbathe on the deck, hang in the living room, read a book on the covered deck, or jump in the pool. The pool was very inviting and served as a great spot to cool off between trips to the beach. During our stay there was a storm coming up the coast which made swimming in the ocean dangerous, so the pool was a life saver. The deck area is huge and the deck by the pool is covered so that rain did not stop us from being outside. On the dry days we put up an 11-foot screen on the deck and watched movies outside after dark.We are avid beach goers and love to cook so we didn’t spend any time in the town of Westhampton but would highly recommend a lobster roll from John Scott’s Surf Shack which is within walking distance of the house as well as a jelly croissant from the Beach Bakery and Grand Cafe. We had an unforgettable week-long vacation with family and friends and would highly recommend this home to others.
