Oceanfront townhouse, 2 bedroom, 2.5 baths.
Splendidamente rinnovato 2 camere da letto 2. 5 bagni casa a schiera diretta sull'oceano. Entrando dal secondo piano per la massima vista sull'oceano. Plancia i pavimenti in tutta l'unità per una facile pulizia e allergie. Il master è arredato con un letto matrimoniale e la nostra camera ha due comodi letti singoli. C'è anche un divano letto per eventuali ospiti extra. Abbiamo tre televisori uno per ogni stanza e uno nel soggiorno. Tutti gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile conferiscono alla nostra cucina un aspetto nuovo ed elegante. Siediti sul divano mentre ti godi la vista sull'oceano per quei giorni di pioggia occasionali. Affittiamo settimanalmente o mensilmente. A Summerhouse abbiamo 4 piscine a temperatura controllata tra cui scegliere sulla proprietà che lo rende comodo per nuotare tutto l'anno! Ci sono anche quattro campi da tennis, due campi da squash e un campo da pickleball. Abbiamo due aree per grigliate e due campi da gioco per i bambini situati alle estremità della proprietà. La nostra area comune intorno alle piscine è ricoperta da un delizioso prato ben curato con una breve passeggiata per la spiaggia. La nostra unità di noleggio ha uno staff amichevole di front office e manutenzione in loco per aiutare a risolvere rapidamente qualsiasi problema qualora dovesse insorgere. Abbiamo una piccola biblioteca e una palestra disponibili durante il normale orario di lavoro per la vostra convenienza.

Updated unit. Cute beachfront condo. The living room furniture is cute but fair on comfort. Summerhouse property management employees are very nice and professional.

We are regular ‘month of March’ renters at Summerhouse. The fact that we continue to return says it all. The facilities are well maintained; the staff is friendly and helpful. The complex is quiet and restful. Our unit was very well equipped and pleasantly decorated. One caution for renters “not all units are created equal” this is the main drawback at Summerhouse. Management does not remove unacceptable units from the rental pool. Our unit was great but the cleaning before our arrival was not very thorough.

We love summerhouse condos, the property manager is the best, our condo was clean & well appointed, Thank you summerhouse for all your hard work, I should add all the staff at summerhouse work very hard and are friendly.We did wish the pools would be warmer in October. I have recommended this property to many Friends and Family.

This condo is beautiful. The kitchen is a totally open floor plan. Nice pantry in the kitchen. Wood tile floors throughout the condo. The owner provided everything from tissues, laundry stain remover, dishwasher soap, laundry soap and first aid kit. Also, baggies and wraps. My husband & I had gotten bites on a walk and the first aid kit had everything we needed! The view of the beach and ocean is unbelievable! The whole condo has been redone. It is only a short walk to the fort. It is very peaceful. We loved the Pelicans. We loved it all and thank you to the owners for thinking of everything. We are coming back!
