The cleaning was very minimal. More kitchen utensils would have been useful. No kitchen roll and no spare toilet rolls!

The location was fantastic, showers were powerful, washing machine and tumble dryer were a life saver for us with a 4 month old baby who suffers with reflux!
The parking situation could be a bit stressful at times if there were no spaces available in the immediate vicinity.
The kitchen was a bit grubby. Everything needs taking out of the cupboards and washing and all insides of the cupboards need a good clean. The whole house could do with a paint to spruce it up.

The cleanliness was terrible, we have booked 3 times now (twice before in the next door house) and each time we have had to clean the house upon arrival. That is such a big negative and i cannot believe over the last few years it hasn't improved. Some of the beds need new mattresses as they are very uncomfortable and you can feel the springs

convenient and clean
The backyard was not very pleasant and could do with some cleaning up
