Our room was lovely and had plenty of space. The ocean view was also gorgeous. The pool is the star of the property.
Finishings are a bit rough around the edges. Our daughter stepped on a screw that went through her shoe while walking in the hallway.

Gorgeous presidential suite, nice pools, fine food. Excellent service
Sargassum in the sea (-the beach is cleaned all day long). Slow breakfast service. Limited wine list.

Beautiful lobby area and nice access to the beach at the back.
Not enough beach beds and they get booked up quickly.

I think the thing I really liked was the the pillows.
So so many things. You're paying premium for this hotel in the area and in Mexico in general. I expect water in the room every day, decent coffee machine in the room, good meals, too quality service, respectful staff, a really easy and relaxing stay. I just didnt get that here.
My only positive experience was with the night reception staff when I discussed with them an incident with an agressive male staff member.
