This place was just what we needed to spend a couple days in Lisbon. It’s small but perfect if you plan to spend your days exploring the city. It was clean and although we had an issue with the lock at check in, management was quick to send someone to help us get into the apartment. We had one issue which was there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom but it seemed to dissipate overnight. We called management and they came to check it out for us which we really appreciated.i recommend this property for a short stay, the neighborhood is a prime spot.

We were told we would be met in person by a representative of the host. We did as requested and called 45 minutes before our arrival at the property, but no answer (Portuguese answering machine). So we texted. We were asked to call at arrival and they would meet us, we did but they just talked us through a complex arrival process. They continuously reminded us of the 60€ city tax fee that had to be paid in cash. But after looking at their own check in instructions which instructed us to leave a 2€ pet day per person ( 5 days * 3 people * 5 days), we left 30€, but it seemed scamlike. The stairs to the apartment are extremely steep so we had to move each bag stair by stair up 2 flights of stairs, not for older folks. The light in the stairwell is timed and it kept turning off while getting the luggage upstairs. The wifi was very slow and had to be restarted ever time we wanted to use it. The TV remote had dead batteries which we reported, but was not resolved. The cassette housing the cord for the shutters was basically hanging off the wall, they fixed it the next day. The remote for the heater upstairs was missing the back cover. Other than that it was fine.
