The shower head needs replacing

Shocking, it was as small as a shoebox, it wasn't the same apartment that was in the photos, I tried to call the owner but they ignored me. It was so small I could not even open the front door fully as it hit the fridge, the AC sounded like an aeroplane was taking off in my room and it was patched up with pieces of plastic, I moved out after 30 minutes.
