Le splendide viste sull'oceano deliziano tutti coloro che soggiornano nella DELIZIA DI SURFER. Per una casa sul lato sonoro di Avon, questa casa ha una vista sull'oceano migliore di alcune case sul lato oceano del villaggio. La spiaggia è a circa 5 minuti a piedi, utilizzando un grazioso ponticello sul lago a soli 2 lotti da casa, quindi dall'altra parte della strada. Porta i tuoi kayak e pagaia nel grazioso lago al mattino o al tramonto per una tranquilla esperienza sull'isola di Hatteras. All'interno della casa, scegli tra 3 camere da letto al primo livello, una con un letto matrimoniale e un ingresso privato nella sala da bagno. le altre due camere da letto (regina, 2 letti a castello) condividono l'uso di un'altra sala da bagno. Al piano superiore, una quarta camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale ha anche un ingresso privato nel bagno comune. La grande sala offre una vista sull'acqua attraverso molte finestre che illuminano la stanza. Una Smart TV a grande schermo offre intrattenimento mentre i pasti vengono preparati sapientemente in cucina. Cenare al tavolo da pranzo per 10 persone o nel portico schermato adiacente accompagnato da brezze dell'isola. Goditi i tramonti dal ponte dopo cena e albe sull'oceano con il tuo caffè mattutino. Un portabagagli per scale Tamer facilita il trasporto di borse e generi alimentari al massimo livello. Relaxing stay
The property was as expected. It is very well located close to the beach and walking distance to dining and coffee. Was a short drive to Hatteras. The community pool was fun with plenty of shade under the cabanas. Overall a pleasant stay. Truly appreciated the elevator for the bags.

Property was nice, we enjoyed the experience. Was disappointed that the washing machine didn't work. We packed thinking we could wash clothes and were informed on our drive to the Outer Banks that the washer was broken. Very disappointing. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Everything was great about our stay from check in to location. The only complaint I have are the mattresses, we all felt like we were sleeping on boxes, and this matters when you think of re-renting the following summer. Also there were no area carpets in the house so it can sound very noisy, other than that everything else was very nice and extremely clean!!

Great vacation spot
House is in a great location, short 5 min walk to the beach. Kids loved crossing the bridge over the pond and seeing the turtles. The house was very clean and maintained well.

Great quiet location
Wonderful house with plenty of dishes & cookware. Neighborhood was quiet & great for walks. We saw several deer during our walks. Beach is about a 5 minute walk. Bed in master bedroom is uncomfortable & extremely squeaky. Luggage lift was a lifesaver! Really enjoyed our week at this property.

I walked three miles a day along 12. The three of us enjoyed our stay tremendously. We thought we had a problem with a lock and someone was prepared to come to the house and address the issue in less than 24 hours. I would definitely rent this house again.

Easy walk to the beach, no frills house which works for the price, but the biggest disappointment was there was no hot tub. And emails to the property management company were not returned to address it. Kids were looking forward to it and thus disappointed.

Nice rental very close to the beach and restaurants. There were a couple of small things that were wrong about the house but nothing big enough from stop us from coming back.
