Siamo situati sulla spiaggia di Delaware Bay, nella splendida Prime Hook Beach. Siamo un po 'a nord di dove si incontrano la baia e l'Oceano Atlantico. Il cottage è una casa arredata in modo confortevole, rilassante, 3 camere da letto, 1. 5 bagni che può ospitare 8-9 persone. Due camere da letto hanno un letto matrimoniale, un cassettone e un armadio. La terza camera da letto è una camera da letto familiare molto più grande con 2 letti singoli e un divano molto comodo che si svolge in un letto matrimoniale. I divani del soggiorno possono ospitare una nona persona.

We loved the yellow cottage! Perfect location, right on the bay with minimal other beach goers and a very quiet neighborhood. This was perfect for our little ones first experience. The only downside were the flies but that's no fault of the hosts. Even still we could sit inside and watch the bay and the waves from the front windows! There were so many chairs, umbrellas, life jackets, blankets, sheets, pillows, towels, pots and pans, and games. We loved the kayaks too! The hosts reached out before our booking to welcome us which was a nice touch!

What a beautiful home, equipped with everything you may need for a relaxing time at the beach and this neighborhood is so quiet. There is not much more spectacular than the sunrise over this bay! We traveled with a 2 yr old grandson and it was perfect. Traveling mid May, temps ranged in the 70's-upper 80's. The only real issue were the biting flies. We tried scheduling to miss them but alas they found us. When the wind picked up, they weren't bad but on the calm days, ouch! All in all, we would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you Anne and Jim for making our stay the best!

This was a wonderful cottage in a beautiful location. The beach was literally right outside your door. The water views from the house, especially the living/dining area, were amazing. The house was very clean with everything we needed and then some. Check in and communication with the owners was a breeze. We saw a pod of dolphins, visited with a seal that came ashore, and experienced the horseshoe crab season. Our stay there was better than we ever expected, and we hope to visit this beautiful location again.
