Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of parking and very nice building. The pool was small but nicely laid out. Breakfast was adequate. Lifts were wide and fast. Used local Ubers for getting around. Local bars serve good food and keenly priced.

Our room was not cleaned during our stay. Therefore tea, coffee, tissues not replenished. Bins not emptied either. I have a dust allergy and by the fourth day was feeling quite sneezy. Towels were also not changed. Shame as everything else was lovely.

Convenience to the cruise port, breakfast was good.

Advertised free shuttle to cruise port, but then charged for it.

Very close to cruise port. Restaurants were close enough to walk to from hotel. Excellent service with transportation to cruise port and then to Orlando airport upon return.

Prices for Food were expensive compared to amount given.

Restaurants near by are not optimal unless you want to live on fast food! There are a few local restaurants but couldn't find any we were familiar with other than fast food chains.

Hopefully this information will be received by someone who is concerned with your facility. We had called several times prior to our arrival about the type of rooms, baby beds and had issues with both of them. We asked prior to arrival that we make sure the rooms were suites with two separate rooms and we were told that they were. This was not the case. Then asked for three cribs they stated to ask upon arrival, which we did but none were available. We come to find out the facility only has 10 and 3 had been given to another room, several were broken and then the rest they gave to one of the other hotels owned by Hampton. Then when we arrived asked about any discounts they said that they would check and to stop by later, which I did but the person I had spoken to about the discounts was gone for the day and nothing was notated on the booking. We had a total of three rooms and very disappointed with the service at Hampton.

Breakfast was ok.

Smell of raw sewage on my floor by my room. Shower tub was VERY slippery for me and my family, I was afraid one of us would fall and seriously get hurt!

The pool and bar area was so inviting! The bartender was amazing, I wish I had gotten his name so I could compliment him! Overall the stay was absolutely great! Will definitely book here again every time we take a cruise!

The only problem we had was there was only a half of a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. There was no extras rolls. And we didn't notice until one of us was in there and needed more. We called and asked for more and 15 minutes later still no toilet paper, poor friend had to sit on the toilet waiting. We called back after the 15 minutes and someone brought some up finally.

$50 incidental charge that I wasn’t told about until after I arrived to the property. The room was not cleaned fully.

Breakfast wasn't the best

We were well taken care of by a friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast exceeded our expectations!

The only thing I can say that was a bit off was a smell that came across the pool every once in a while from (I believe?) a retention pond. Probably from the recent rains and flooding. Not sure if there's any environmentally safe deodorizer that can be used?
