spacious and good location

the sink in the toilet was leaking, no towels to be used on the floor and it’s difficult to request for addtl towels. the kitchen sink also is nit good. the water wa s dripping on the floor.

Space was good

Access cards to building and car park were not working, staff kept confirming that the problem was resolved but they never resolved it. Bad experience for my family and myself as we were never able to access the building without having to explain ourselves to the security personell to let us into the building and carpark everytime we go out and get back

Location was ok

Noise coming from another apartment which was unbearable and wouldn't let us rest.

I didn’t like anything about the property. the couches had stains and the location was the worst

the owner did not send us the information at all so we had to spend the night outside, he then blamed us for it and never gave us a refund. we booked it for two nights and spent only one. he blamed us as well. they’re very rude. the couches had stains on it and there was no bed sheets. do not stay here. I promise you will regret it

The location was nice and the apartment was good value for money. I could see the Burj from the window which is an added bonus. There was a small bakery a few minutes away which was ideal for morning coffee and croissants.

The entrance appeared to be via a car park which needed a card to open the door to enter. I did not feel safe walking through the car park late at night. My card was never activated therefore difficult to get in and out of the building. There were cockroaches in the kitchen area which wasn't ideal.

Location and the size of the apartment

Not a real entry (you get into the building through the parking area) and the communication was lil difficult due to delayed answers.

The apartment is amazing Location is perfect Team is amazing

The swimming pool was never allowed for us, don't count on it.
