proximity to beach

room needed some updates. in the bathroom the toilet seat had chips, which is a cheap and easy fix. mirror needs to be replace. outlets (extension cords)in kitchen were janky and I’m sure not up to code. and mattresses on bed and pull out were very uncomfortable. the air conditioner on the balcony pretty much eliminates that as a relaxing place to sit.

Location is fabulous

Better instructions for gaining access to the property. Had no idea which gate to use, and the code provided did not work. Had no idea there is an elevator and a dedicated parking space for loading.

Loved beachfront location & ease of walking to restaurants & shops.

The bedroom was extremely small - even for two people. No room in unit to put all the throw pillows. Other than nice flooring the unit was very outdated. Area rug in bedroom was not clean. Should let people know there is no hair dryer & there is an elevator.

Great location and view.

Dishwasher was out of order.

The property had a great view, clean and roomy.

There was only one blanket in the condo and that was the comforter for the bed.

We loved the easy access to the beautiful beach and Colegy plaza.

We were not readily told how to get our keys or that we would need to backtrack 5 miles to pick them up. One of the many emails had a statement that the owners would let us know how to checkin but never did. Another email had a small link to an attachment with a number to call to find ourt how to get the keys but this was not an obvious link. Could have been handled much better.
