Assolutamente magnifico 3 camere da letto 2 bagni 6 ° piano Madeira Beach Gulf Front condominio a Villa Madeira con ampi balconi schermati. Non c'è niente che dica meglio Riposo e Rilassamento! Goditi le spettacolari viste sulla spiaggia e sui tramonti sul Golfo del Messico dal tuo balcone privato. Ampia vista sul Golfo del Messico. Così vicino all'acqua sentirai le onde che si infrangono. L'Unità # 605 dispone di 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size decorato in stile Tommy Bahama e offre TV, accesso al balcone e bagno privato. La seconda camera da letto 2 posti letto con un letto matrimoniale. La terza camera da letto 2 posti letto con un letto a rotelle doppio. Inoltre, nell'unità è presente un divano letto per un totale di 8 persone. Cucina completamente attrezzata, WiFi gratuito, parcheggio gratuito - Parcheggio proprio di fronte all'edificio, hall protetta e lavatrice e asciugatrice full size proprio all'interno del condominio. Con oltre 1100 piedi quadrati, avrai molto spazio per tutti. La struttura si trova più vicino al Golfo del Messico rispetto a qualsiasi altra area circostante e dispone di una piscina riscaldata fronte spiaggia con ponte finitrice. Il ponte finitrice offre molte sedie a sdraio per divertirsi! I giardini sono mantenuti in maniera impeccabile e offrono hall protetta, ascensore per ogni piano e parcheggio assegnato e parcheggio per i visitatori. From the moment we arrived, this place absolutely exceeded our expectations. The pictures online were spot‑on and truly matched what we walked into — no surprises, just exactly what was promised. The master bedroom and the living room both had sliding doors that opened right onto a screened‑in porch, which quickly became one of our favorite spots. The views were amazing, peaceful, and private. We couldn’t hear anyone around us, and we couldn’t see the neighbors either, which made the whole stay feel like our own little getaway. Parking was another big plus. Our spot was right next to the entrance, which made unloading and loading super easy. Once we made our way to the beach, we were even more impressed. The beach area was calm and never crowded. It made it so much easier to enjoy the view without distractions. One of the highlights of our trip was getting to see dolphins and even a manatee right before we left. Moments like that made the stay unforgettable.We did run into an issue with the elevator during our stay, but the host responded quickly and was extremely helpful.Their communication made everything smooth and stress‑free, which we really appreciated. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful Florida getaway. The privacy, the views, the beach, and the overall comfort make it a place worth returning. My only request to future guests is simple: please respect the property so others can enjoy it just as we did.

Very nice condo. Well maintained and updated. Having the beach chairs, beach towels, etc. available for use was definitely a nice surprise. Perfect location and proximity to the beach.

Positives:
This location absolutely can’t be beat! Step off the patio directly onto the beach! Sweet Brewnettes across the street has wonderful coffee and breakfast. Candy Kitchen across the street has homemade ice cream and real hot fudge and every candy you could ever want! Two 7-11 stores in walking distance (One is 0.3mi south, but does not have Slurpees! If you want Slurpees, the store 0.7mi north has them!). Caddy’s is just a few buildings away and has waterfront, outdoor dining.
The beds were comfortable as far as vacation bedding goes (not like home, but much more comfortable than the average vacation bed).
The building is VERY well maintained! Even on Thanksiving day the elevator and landings were vacuumed.
The building was very secure, keys are needed at all entrances and to access the beach and the pool.
Negatives:
The property management company says emailed is preferred, but didn’t respond to my emails. At check out, they emailed to ask us what time we would be departing and to notify them of any items needing repair by replying to that email, but the email bounces back saying not to email that address.
The master shower handle barely works - this was reported in a review in October but has not been fixed. My mom wasn’t strong enough to turn the broken handle and could only shower when we were home to turn it off and on for her.
The kitchen appears well stocked, but many of the items are broken or in ill repair (none of the blenders worked, the dishwasher did not clean dishes well and many items needed to be hand washed after running through the dishwasher).
The floor is tile and the should be light gray/cream grout was pure black through the entire condo except in no-traffic areas. The second bathroom shower tile had a lot of mildew in the grout. I spent the first half of the stay debating if I should pick up borax to clean to be able to truly relax. The company cleaning might charge more to deep cleaning the grout, but the condo could really use it.
We would return to Villa Madeira for the location, but would look for a different condo or would want to see this thoroughly cleaned.
