Great staff. Very respectful and always available.
A/C. They have full control of turning on and off. All the guests were complaining about this. They will only turn on after 930pm, so you cannot be in your room until after this because it will be like a sauna inside. In the morning, it was shut off on us 1hr before departure, around 9am... so we were forced to be outside.
CAMEL TOUR. We booked at 7am, and they never showed up, we waited 20 mins. Afterwards the reception person told us our guide was waiting for us inside HIS tent...huh?
SHOWER. Our shower was clogged, had to shower in standing water.

All exceeded my expectations, staff, view, room & food. The family that runs this camp was so welcoming and helpful and really made sure we had an experience we'll remember forever. Location is stunning and we walked barefoot to the sunset view point on recommendation...just WOW! Sitting outside at night by the fire, drinking tea and looking at the stars was amazing. We booked a 6 h jeep tour with lunch which I strongly recommend. Would love to come back one day
