Incredibile terzo piano, condominio fronte oceano, nella famosa comunità Lighthouse Point sull'isola di Tybee! Vista panoramica sul fiume Savannah e sull'Oceano Atlantico. Guarda le navi mercantili entrare nella foce del fiume e i delfini giocano al crepuscolo. Recentemente rinnovato e perfetto per famiglie e coppie! 2 piscine, una piscina per bambini, campi da tennis e accesso privato alla spiaggia!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The king bed was comfortable and appliances were in good condition. It was well-stocked with towels, paper products and cleaning supplies. The views of the beach and river were great.. We especially liked watching the ships and boats pass by. Bring binoculars for closer views. Beach access was convenient. We also enjoyed watching the shorebirds and songbirds in the area. Although we did not swim in the pools, they looked well-maintained and would be a great place to lounge.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location is absolutely phenomenal, making it incredibly easy to get around and explore the area. One of the biggest highlights was the amazing view; we spent a significant amount of time just taking it in from the unit.The building amenities are great and added a lot of value to our trip. However, there is some room for improvement within the unit itself. Some areas are beginning to show their age and could use updating, particularly the carpet in the smaller bedroom. We also found that some of the basic supplies were lacking, so you may want to bring along a few of your own essentials.Overall, the location and scenery are hard to beat, and with a few minor interior refreshes, this place would be a perfect ten!

Great location in the complex. Right by walkway to the beach. Wonderful views of ocean from the balcony which is very long and can access from family room and main bedroom. Very nice unit with everything you need. Host was quick to respond to questions 2 pools and a baby pool. Lots of seating and nice bathrooms. Would rent again if visiting the island

Listing is a little deceptive as renovations are not recent and the listing photos are pretty dated compared to the current state. Overall, it needed a thorough deep clean as it was pretty dirty overall. There were toenail clippings on the deck, the ceiling around the vents is dusty, the carpet in the bedroom and the bathroom floor was very dirty. The view from the balcony is fantastic and the unit has a new washer/dryer and a new Keurig. It was a very quiet stay and Elise was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend for a quiet and relaxing stay on North Beach!
