Дуже гарна ідея, гарний інтер'єр, прекрасні картини. Чудовий вигляд з вікна.

Холодно, не дуже чисто, телевізор не працює. Щоб помитись, необхідно з пів години чекати поки стече холодна вода і з'явиться хоча б тепленька. Кімнати та сам готель просять ремонту. Рушники та халати вже також своє віджили...

Администратор, красивая комната

Номер очень красивый Но столько НО, что просто считаю самой большой ошибкой здесь остановиться. Во первых только зайдя в номер поняла, что там не очень тепло, ну мне в 2 свитерах дискомфортно, я человек любящий тепло. Две батареи которые поставлены на 5, но по ощущению они на 2. Как только вошли с администратором она предложила обогревать, принесла его и включила его, спасибо ей огромное, хоть и он греет очень плохо, я ледяные руки могу спокойно на него положить, прижать и держать, а все знают, что холодные руки более чувствительны к теплой температуре…поэтому думаю вы поняли как греет обогреватель, ну уж лучше чем ничего если я уже тут. Хоть одеяло теплое. А руки ледяные у меня потому что я хотела покупаться. Ах да, ванная комната, если ЭТО можно так назвать..(решила сделать фото, чем описывать) так будет более понятно(на секундочку номер Делюкс за 700 грн. Ну когда увидела,думаю можно простить ЭТО за такой красивый номер. Однако вернемся к моему желанию покупаться, почистить зубы, умыться и ледяным рукам. Ничего из этого я не смогла сделать!!!! Я не купалась целый день, потому что рано утром уезжать из страны и у меня было много дел я не успела, решила, что в номере уже выкупаюсь перед поездкой в автобусе длиной в 20 часов. В итоге вода везде ледяная и в этом кране на котором даже зубная паста с щеткой еле помещаются и это все что можете поставить!! Кстати Геля для душа нет. Есть шампунь и мыло для рук. Не думаю, что те, в чьей собственности отель моют тело шампунем или мылом для рук(может там вместо мыла гель для душа, но если его наливают вместо мыла, то простите какого он качества) по поводу воды, я ждала ждала пока появится теплая хотя бы, но не тут то было! Ледяная и все. Некуда повесить полотенце и белье и халат, увы мне не пригодилось ничего. А душ высокий ужасно! Я 160 см и мне не надо мыть голову, она чистая, но там либо весь мокрый с головой либо грязное тело!

Завжди мріяв відчути дух старовини. Вілла Графа задовільнила всі потреби.

Одна ніч замало. Наступного разу затримаюсь надовше.

it was very clean. the male staff member was very friendly. it was quiet and a great location.

I sat at the table in our room, and put my laptop on the table to conduct a meeting on the Wi-Fi which was very poor. I rested my arms on the table so I could type. the table leg, which is attached to the base of the table with old screws in rotten wood, collapsed and broke off of the table, sending the table down onto my legs. instead of being concerned, I was merely blamed for the incident. I said it clearly was not my fault since I was not using the table improperly. I was not sitting on it, nor did I have any thing on top of it besides my computer. the attendant with red hair was not understanding at all. she merely said “you still were the one to break it.” to which I responded, “if I built a floor and you fall through it, that’s not your fault.” but she did not care. she charged my about $15 for their faulty table. it’s almost like that is another way for them to scam tourists out of money. I was very displeased with this experience and her attitude. I suppose the hotel is great so long as you do NOT use the furniture. maybe you should sleep on the floor so as not to break the bed. by the way, I only weigh 170 pounds so I’m not a big guy. also, the beds were extremely springy and uncomfortable. I could feel the springs in my back at all times.

Great location - close to the center but in the quiet area. Generally, the girls at the reception were very helpful, friendly and professional. they waited for me for the late check-in, helped with the stairs and many other small questions were settled by them very professionally. The room was clean and had a historic charm. I can definitely recommend this place.

If you have a very heavy luggage i guess you should take into account that there is no elevator, and there are many stairs. The wonderful girls at the reception do their best to help though.

The price-quality is perfect for a semi-deluxe. Friendly and always ready to help staff. The location allows you to quickly reach all the main attractions. Free parking spaces. A quiet street without cafes and night noise. A building with history.

Noise insulation of the door of the room. Plumbing devices that are not quite convenient for children. Not fast internet and on the second floor.

It is very cozy place, within easy reach to the very center of Lviv. It locates near the park in the quite place, so you awake with the sounds of brids singing. I enjoyed the stay a lot.

eclectic layout, no bathroom sink/mirror botched shower from different sets all fixable. and cheaply breakfast poor value. all rather improvised
