Best location on 7 Mile Beach!! Walkable to many restaurants, grocery and shops Right on the beach with a lovely pool and hot tub. The lanai is a wonderful place for relaxing. Plenty of comfortable seating and a large table to accommodate our family. Kings beds for all. Friendly staff and timely communication with the host. We survived the Nor’easter wind storm! The crew did a great job cleaning up the grounds and the beach.

Loved this property! We traveled with 3 adult couples and everyone had plenty of privacy. The screened in porch was the best spot to hang out in. We were able to walk to the grocery store and a few restaurants which is always nice. If you stay here, ask Heather for taxi driver info. We used her suggestion for Mr. P and he took care of us all week (I just texted him).

Our extended family had a wonderful stay at this Cayman condo. It sits in a perfect location, minutes from the airport, close to grocery & liquor store, restaurants, and shopping. And of course, the gorgeous beach is just steps away. We had fun at the beach and the pool (plenty of umbrellas, chairs, floats, noodles, and even a communal paddle board to use) and they were never crowded. We walked up the beach to Tillies beach bar and restaurant a couple of times during the week. Inside the condo, there was a big kitchen and dining area that came supplied with dishes, pots n pans, and every cooking gadget you’d ever need. The bedrooms were large and the mattresses and pillows were super comfortable. The washer and dryers in our unit made it easy to keep clean towels (of which there were plenty of both beach and bath) on hand. And the screened in porch was great for watching sunsets, drinking wine, and playing games. Heather and the condo staff were on top of everything and very friendly. Our family would definitely go back.

We had a fantastic vacation with our young adult children and their SOs. The condo has everything you need including plenty of space. The beach can’t be beat! The location is wonderful! Fabulous owners! Just lovely in every way!

First off, Heather was amazing to deal with. From day one, she was so helpful and made everything almost to easy to be true. She gave us her drivers name to drive us around, but I gave in and took the first taxi that was offered to me upon arrival. (We did get him to take us back to airport when leaving, and I highly suggest using him!) We didn’t need a taxi during the vacation, everything we needed was within walking distance. Camana Bay restaurants are only a 10 minute walk, as well as other local restaurants. Perfectly located condo. Grocery store is maybe an 8 minute walk. The beach was quiet and peaceful, with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. We didn’t need much, because there was never more than 3 families out there at a time. The morning walks on the beach are unbeatable. The further north you go on 7 mile from the condo, the busier it gets. This place is absolutely the perfect location. Water was clear and we spent endless hours snorkeling and paddle boarding and just lounging in the water. Now, the condo itself, I don’t know how to describe, other than perfectly amazing! It is huge! The screened in balcony was a major hangout for all of us. Plenty of seating, and what a view of the beach, ocean and sunset! The bathrooms are HUGE! Kitchen was FULLY stocked and the kitchen table was big enough plus some! (We lost my dad, and I wanted to take my mom somewhere nice, and at 73, she said she has never been anywhere that matches this). We WILL be back, thank you Heather!!!

The location, facilities & view from our unit were superb. Our favorite place was the screened in porch where we enjoyed every meal, the cooling fans & lounging with cocktails as the sun set. The beach was beautifully maintained & there were plenty of lounge chairs for our large group.. The property manager was extremely competent & on top of any issue. This is a second floor unit so it is not possible to walk directly out onto the beach. There was a very helpful collection of toys & beach noodles for all to share. There is a pool & hot tub, plus a gym & tennis courts, but we were there for the beach. Our whole group enjoyed our stay.

Our family had a wonderful time. There were seven of us. We were on the second floor with beautiful views of the beach and sunsets. Elevator made it easy for my mother to move from floor to floor.
We were able to walk to excellent restaurants, and grocery store. We got take-out lunches across the street at Lone Star every day.
We have already booked this condo for next year!

At the end of our 5 night stay, everyone agreed that the entire Cayman Island experience far exceeded our expectations. A large reason for that was the convenience of this condo. It was a perfect setup for our group (3 couples, one with two small children). Being able to step right out onto a beautiful sand beach with as gentle an entry into the ocean as you could want for young kids was a huge plus.
Being able to cook for a large group was easy in what has to have been the best equipped kitchen I’ve ever had in a rental.
I’d rent this condo again in a heartbeat for our family.

Having king beds, for all the bedrooms was very nice. The view to the beach and proximity was beautiful. Walking distance to restaurants and shops was ideal. Hot tub and pool were nice though tub could have been warmer. Very responsive hosts.

This condo is exceptional! It is beautifully decorated, patio on the beachfront and the beach was never crowded - at most 10 or less! The Ritz and other places were packed like sardines. Awesome location too!

This condo's location is top-notch. The condo itself is spacious and well-appointed. Communication with the property owner was fast and easy. They were very accommodating when our flights got delayed. I would stay here again!

Owner Heather’s condo was incredible. Superb location on 7 Mile Beach, small facility, so our entire stay, we may have had 2 or 3 other people on the beach. Condo had great unobstructed sunset views and was literally right on the beach. Inside, the place was huge and my family had plenty of room to spread out. High end kitchen with all kitchen gadgets and kitchenware. Condo also had lighted tennis courts and pool, which we used. We really enjoyed this wonderful home. It is expensive, but it is definitely worth it, highly recommend.

Great condo right on Seven Mike Beach!
The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to cook meals. Pots, pans, utensils, toaster, coffee pot, etc.
Very spacious and well appointed. The amenities were just as described, easy walking distance to shops and restaurants too.
There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas along the beachfront and the beach is deeper here than other places along the beach. Plenty of space the stretch out and not feel crowded next to other guests. The sunsets from beach or balcony are spectacular. Overall, I was very pleased with this condo and will definitely rent it again !!

This is our second time staying at this condo and we will be back! It is fabulous and perfect in every way!! It is well equipped, beds are comfortable, location is amazing- walking distance to many restaurants, and the view from the balcony is incredible!

Perfect Vacation
Beyond perfect and the Condo is immaculate. We were very comfortable, had everything we needed and there was a lovely housekeeper, Donna, who came each day and made us feel more at home than ever. The location was ace. We will definitely be back.

Burns party 4/5/19 through 4/13/19
The condo was fabulous. Condo had everything you could imagine that you needed on a vacation. The pictures don't deliver how spacious and awesome this condo is. Some opportunities to improve the experience: 1) Add more umbrellas to the beach next to each other. We had 8 persons and could barely fit three under it. And if you have never been in Cayman....the sun is intense. 2) The Jack and Jill shower head needs to be replaced (poor pressure). 3) Donna the housekeeper was very nice and accommodating, but told me she would not be there on Friday 4/12/19 which was disappointing since the rental guidelines state that she is there everyday except Sunday. 4) She also does not clean the tile floors. 5) TV operations are very confusing, written instructions should be provided for each one. 6) I locked my wallet in the master bedroom safe, then the code didn't work. It was Sunday so I had to wait until Tuesday when the office open to get the master key to unlock it. I told Gale at the office what I did, and she said she didn't have one, then when I told her Donna gave it to her prior to our arrival, she miraculously found it. 7) We had beach squatters from cruise ships on the beach several days, one particular day we asked Gale to take care of the issue, she said she would, when we called back later to ask her about a couple still squatting, she said "oh yeah I talked to them, we where on the porch the whole time and gale never talked to them. We consider these all constructive items to improve the experience. None of this can take away from how great this condo and property where. I would rent this condo again in a heartbeat!

Perfect, as always
This was our third stay at Cayman Club #16 and we’ve already booked again for next year. What more can I say? It has been two years since our last visit and we were pleasantly surprised to find that an already perfect condo had been updated with new furniture and paint. We always love it here due to the beachfront location and quiet beach. And Donna is a gem of a lady. It’s always nice to catch up with her. Highly recommend for families.

We had a fabulous week! The reviews are all spot on! The condo is perfect and is even nicer that the photos! Beach is beautiful and so close, you can hear the waves from the master bedroom! We loved the screened in porch too!
The condo is I great shape and so well equipped with games, dvds and all the cooking utensils you may need! Perfect spot! We hope to come back soon!

The condominium, the location, the staff all exceeded expectations. The amenities in the condo were excellent. It was beautifully appointed & had everything you could want or need. The location was ideal for walking to stores & all great restaurants were less than a 10 minute drive. The beach was beautiful and not crowded, plenty of chairs & umbrellas.! Swimming & snorkeling were great right in front of the condo. Donna was so lovely & kept our towels plentiful as well as gave us great tips about the island. For our 3 couples it had great space & the deck was amazing.

A beautifully designed and maintained property that was a perfect choice for our family of 7.
We are three generations that vacationed in this home and everyone felt the same about the wonderful experience. It is a well designed, lovely yet comfortable property. Its just steps from the ocean and also a landscaped pool area made for ease in spending the day outdoors. Walkable restaurants and shops. Evenings at home on the large porch/veranda. Generous supply of kid friendly dvds, books, games etc. Very friendly, daily cleaning support (Donna) and resources. Highend cooking appliances and tools made it easy to dine in. The owner (Heather) provided suggestions in a booklet on tips for a enjoyable stay was spot on for a wide range of services (groceries, fishing, day trips, shopping etc). She was quick to answer any questions as we prepared for our trip. A very nice travel experience for young kids and adults.

Amazing location! Perfect for families!
We had an incredible week in condo 16! Heather was so helpful and attentive to my many questions/requests. Having a crib, booster seat, sound machines, etc., made it so easy for our kids to adjust to the new environment! The condo was stocked with EVERYTHING we could possibly need, and in perfect condition. Donna is also wonderful, and it’s such a treat to have daily housekeeping. Can’t wait to come back!

Cayman Club #16-FANTASTIC Condominium
The Cayman Club #16 is a premier high-end condominium on the second floor and is located in the heart of Seven Mile Beach with the most beautiful, white sandy beach in all of the Caribbean. This unit was just beautiful and is fully stocked with EVERYTHING you could ever ask for in a home. The bedrooms all had VERY comfortable beds and plenty of storage space to actually unpack your suitcases. They provide plenty of towels to use daily and each of the rooms had fans on top of the air conditioner. The kitchen has every piece of equipment you would ever need to prepare a meal for 8+! They have a fullsize laundry room with laundry detergent and a maid daily! We loved Donna! The kitchen table was great, as all 8 of us could sit down and eat together. The family room easily sits 8 people and the balcony patio is very comfortable to seat all 8 of us as well. Each room has a large tv and WiFi throughout the condo. The condo had towels for the beach, and floatation devices to use for the ocean or the pool.
The owner Heather is FANTASTIC to work with. Heather helped us with contacts to help plan our wedding along with assisting us with shipping packages for the holidays. Heather is VERY responsive to all emails and is the absolute best host we have ever dealt with.
The Cayman Club #16 is located just 10 minutes from the airport and is surrounded by five star restaurants, quality retail shopping, and so much more.
Heather, we cannot wait to come back to visit and thank you for making our visit, holiday, and wedding day one we will NEVER forget!
