This third floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property.
Questo condominio al 2 ° piano con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni si trova sul lato della baia della nostra proprietà. Il lato baia ha una piscina, vasca idromassaggio e griglie a carbone. È anche una breve passeggiata per la parte del Golfo della nostra proprietà che ha un'altra piscina, due campi da tennis e la nostra spiaggia di sabbia bianca. Queste unità con due camere da letto possono ospitare un massimo di cinque persone. La camera da letto principale, arredata in modo confortevole, è arredata con un letto matrimoniale e la camera degli ospiti ha due letti singoli. C'è un divano letto nel soggiorno che è di dimensioni queen. Il bagno principale e il bagno per gli ospiti hanno combinazioni doccia / vasca. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutti gli elementi necessari per cucinare: pentole / padelle, piatti, utensili, tostapane e macchina per il caffè. Il condominio ha piastrelle nelle aree comuni e le camere hanno moquette. C'è anche un patio esterno arredato in modo confortevole che può essere utilizzato da te e dalla tua famiglia per godervi le nostre calde brezze tropicali.

We had an excellent stay. The condo was clean and beautiful. The location was perfect. The beach was right across the street and restaurants and shops were just a short drive away. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay. The condo was clean, spacious and exactly as photographed. Kitchen was stocked with cutlery and appliances. Plenty of parking and an elevator to get us up to the 3rd level. The front reception staff was great, cheery and detailed with instructions (Tammy). Unintentional when booking, we ended up preferring the Bay Side. It was quiet and had fun watching the boats/yachts sail by. Easy 5 min walk to the beach and getting beach chairs delivered, at no cost; is a nice touch. There's also a free community hop on bus that takes you to/from the village. All in all we had a fabulous stay and would not hesitate booking this condo again.

Very nice condo on very nice grounds. Everything we needed. Beach is beautiful. Almost 2 mile walk to the Village. I walked it several times but the Trolley is very dependable.

3rd time at Palm Bay Club awesome location. Staff was great, very friendly. The condo 350 could use adult furniture. The table was sparse & the chairs did not look like it could hold an adult man safely. The couch was not comfortable at all and really no ottomans to kick up your feet.
