The hotel is in a great location right on the edge of the French Quarter. We were booked for 3 nights but had to change rooms because the first room was totally unacceptable - tiny, dark and dingy. The staff at reception were very helpful and despite warning us we might have to move back to the original room for our last night, a late cancellation came through and we were able to stay where we were.
The photos on the website do not match the rooms. They explained there’s only one set of photos to represent all the rooms, but there’s a big difference in size and appearance!

It’s quaint and clean! Walking distance to everywhere you’d want to go in the French Quarter. The staff were all amazing! Enjoyed our stay!
