First, I would like to say that I have never left a negative review on VRBO and that the Majestic property itself was very nice and would definitely stay in another condo. Just not this one!!!
Upon arrival, we learned that Vacasa had not registered our vehicle nor ourselves with the Majestic property and we were not allowed into parking. Although, we spent hours with Vacasa attempting to resolve this, we were never allowed to park in Majestic parking due to Vacasa not registering my vehicle nor my booking of the property. Once inside condo, things go significantly worse! The master bedroom had not been cleaned at all. The bed still had linens and other items from previous renter. The bathtub had all the dirty towels from previous renter. There was a water leak under the sink. Bathtub had obviously not been cleaned and shower had mold in it. After discovering the linens were dirty, we stripped bed, however, we couldn’t find replacements. So, we slept on top of a twin sheet we found and a old blanket in closet.
All these problems, were provided to Vacasa thru a multitude of venues (VRBO messenger, txt and calls). Vacasa never addressed these issues. We never got linens for bed nor did we receive clean towels (also there wasn’t washing detergent to clean the dirty towels). Leak was never addressed. Later in stay, we found a pair of underwear left in couch under pillows. This condo was not stocked I ever stayed in and furniture, TVs and appliances were terrible!

Everything was clean but new pillows are needed. The current ones are dirty. The lamps in the living room didn’t have knobs to turn on, they were missing. The ease of access was so great! The end unit is so nice too, especially with children!

We had an absolute wonderful vacation in this condo! Well kept and clean. We had a few issues with the stove and oven taking a long time to cook but we just decided to eat out instead! Weather was marvelous! We would return here in the future.

Overall our stay was wonderful. Although the building is old, it has received some great upgrades. Beach access is perfect. The pools and hot tub were clean and functional. The location is absolutely perfect for access to just about everything you need. Parking is okay once you figure it out (parking tower across the street). The unit we stayed in was clean and very nice. The only complaint we had was that the fridge was missing all but one door shelf and the glass for the top main shelf was missing, making it extremely difficult for storing any real groceries. And the sink hose had a leak that squirted water on the counters when used. Another guest told me in the elevator that their freezer, ice maker, and dish washer were not functional (but that was a different unit). The Vacasa people were quick to respond to my messages, but we requested no repairs for our stay. I would hope the issues we reported would be addressed immediately. We will most likely return to this location for our stay next year!

We enjoyed our stay in PCB. There are several things about the unit that are pleasant - the dining room table is lovely and large, the tiled floor is beautiful, the furniture is very nice. There are a few things that are unpleasant - the refrigerator is falling to pieces, several cabinets doors are loose, the dishwasher is falling out, the hot water knob in the master tub doesn't work properly, several light bulbs were burned out. Many aspects were clean upon our arrival like the floors and kitchen, but some were not - the master bed sheets had visible makeup on them, lower areas on the furniture were sandy and dusty (I have a kid who plays at lower floor level). The beds were comfortable, and the AC worked well. The mini bar area is pleasant. We enjoyed the balcony furnishings. I thought the washer and dryer worked well. The showers all have good water pressure. The jacuzzi tub actually worked quite well, even if the hot water knob was a mystery. One of the coffee pots isn't marked as broken but spills water out the backside and all over the countertop. The ice maker was stuck on crushed. These are all minor details, of course. The unit rented to us for a reasonable fee per night but with the added fees and service charges it actually came to about double per night. That ends up being quite expensive, and we expected to 'get what we paid for' and thought it fell a little short of that.

- air conditioning worked well
Needs improvement:
- had to call maintenance a couple times due to ceiling leaks/mold.
- needs better cleaning (do NOT wear white socks there or they will be ruined).
- unit does not have enough amenities (cups/plates/towels.etc) for the number of people that can stay there. Our party of 7 had to wash dishes and wash towels daily (and this is with my husband and I sharing a towel and everyone only eating breakfast at the condo).
Overall we enjoyed our stay - it was so close to the beach. But for the money we paid, we felt like there could be improvements to make it more worth the money. Who wants to be hand washing dishes and doing laundry daily while on vacation :)

The view was absolutely beautiful and we very much enjoyed the corner balcony, as it had plenty of room for the family. It was very clean and comfortable. Furnishings we nice. Beautiful view from kitchen, living room, and master. All the facilities were nice and clean as well. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of several minor things that needed attention but nothing to distract from our stay. I would recommend this place and would stay again.

although clean, this unit needs repairs. cabinet doors not closing, broken arm on chair, shower door doesn't close plus missing interior door handle.....2 exposed screws that I cut my hand on trying to get the door to close, toaster only toast 1 side of bread and most disgusting was when I ran the dishwasher over night only to find it backed up into the sink leaving black debri all over. I called and asked for a repair for that day but no one showed up. It really ruined the whole idea of having a kitchen to cook in after that!

The location was good, end unit with two balconies but it needs major cleaning and check ups. The first night the AC was not working at all so after all day of traveling we were tired but miserable because it was so hot in there, I contacted Vacasa first thing in the morning around 7am and the lady stated we'd here from the property manager in an hour or less--which did not happen. I called again and got a much nicer lady but it took a long time for someone to actually check it out so we pretty much wasted 12+hours of our trip being uncomfortable and not able to get out and do activities with the children in our group because we wanted to wait and get the AC situation solved. Major cleaning needs to happen the curtains were super dingy in one room, floor was dirty, found a few spiders throughout our stay, when we saw the sheets we cleaned them, the tv in the living room looked like it was going to fall off the wall, the tv in the living area kept losing signal the tv in the largest room the cable wouldn't work, fridge took forever to cool and some shelves looked broken on the door. We had a member of the group sleep on the couch due to pulling the couch bed out and it looking stained with urine, one of the ceiling fans didn't work, walls and shower curtain mold spots.
We stayed because we paid but wouldn't stay again. It has potential to be a good place to stay based on location if it gets an improvement.

Beautiful ocean front condo, great location and wonderful resort. Spent a lot of time on the balcony which had very nice with comfortable patio furniture. Loved that it was a corner unit and also had a balcony on the street side which was great for watching the motorcycles since we were there for the Thunder Beach Rally. Checking in/out was very easy with no issues. Would definitely book this unit again!
