2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property.
Questo condominio al terzo piano con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni si trova sul lato del Golfo della nostra proprietà. Questa unità richiede un soggiorno minimo di cinque notti. Per la sua posizione centrale, è a pochi passi dalla nostra spiaggia di sabbia bianca, dai campi da tennis, dalla piscina e dai barbecue a carbonella. Questo condominio ha tutto il necessario per godersi la vacanza Siesta Key. Per rispettare il codice antincendio della contea di Sarasota, le nostre unità a due camere da letto possono ospitare un massimo di sei persone. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size con TV da 48 "con servizio HD e la camera degli ospiti ha due letti full size con TV a schermo piatto da 43". Il bellissimo bagno principale ha una cabina doccia e il bagno per gli ospiti ha una combinazione doccia / vasca, entrambi dotati di maniglioni. Il soggiorno è dotato di una grande TV a schermo piatto da 55 "a parete con HD per il tuo divertimento. La cucina recentemente rinnovata ha tutti i ripiani in granito, insieme a elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile ed è completamente attrezzata con tutti gli elementi necessari per cucinare - pentole / padelle, piatti, utensili, tostapane e macchina per il caffè. Il condominio è completamente piastrellato. Il patio schermato consente di godere delle nostre belle brezze tropicali.

This condo had everything my family of 4 needed! Lots of towels for the bathroom and the beach. Great supply of kitchen essentials like plates, cups, utensils, pans etc. The short walk to the beach was the best!!!! Dinner on the beach at sunset was magical. This is a great place for everyone!

The room was great. It had everything we needed for our stay. The property has two great pools and the private beach area ensures you have a spacious spot. The property provides chairs and towels which is very helpful. We'll be staying at this room again if possible.

Overall, our stay was good but there were three things that were not good. The furniture had to be cleaned so that cost us a half of day waiting for the guy to get there and do it. We then couldn't use the furniture for about a day until it dryed. My wife also got ill from the smell of the cleaner. That could have been done before we checked in. The dishwasher never did work during our stay. The kitchen faucet leaked but it was replaced with a new one so it was not a big inconvenience.
