Questo splendido cottage del XIII secolo fa parte della Hoad Farm, situato in un grazioso cortile chiuso nella campagna del Kent. È perfettamente posizionato per un facile accesso alla storica città di Canterbury e alla città di Dover e alle città costiere, offrendo allo stesso tempo pace e tranquillità. Ci sono molti parchi naturali nella zona e anche nell'area. O perché non venire in Francia per un giorno attraverso il porto di Dover su un traghetto o prendere l'Eurotunnel da Folkestone! Ideale per coppie in cerca di un rifugio lontano dallo stress quotidiano o famiglie in cerca di un posto dove i bambini possano correre liberi, c'è qualcosa per tutti.

The property is beautifully maintained & furnished & lies in the beautiful Kent countryside. It was very peaceful & an ideal spot for our walking break. The were nice touches - fresh flowers, a pint of milk & a bottle of soft drink waiting for us.
The outside space is lovely with gazebo’s, outside tables, fire pit, bbq & a lovely garden area with pond & if you have children a play area & football pitch in a field further on from the garden.
We would certainly return here & highly recommend the property.

When you get tired of city and you want to escape to the country side, this is the place where you want to be!
Hoad Farm offered exactly what I needed to reset my body and mind.

We spent a weekend there with our 3 years old daughter. The host was really helpful and nice and we were happy to get some little presents when we arrived(wine, biscuits and fresh flowers!). The house was warm, clean, spacious and comfortable. The space around the farm is great for kids, either to walk around and greet the horses or to use the play area (including a trampoline). We would definitely recommend and go back!
