The staff were extremely courteous and the food was Excellent..They cook Excellent crab curry ,chicken Kasa,sorshe bhetki..You should try the food here once if you are residing at this hotel.
On the very first day we had to wait as the room was under the cleaning process..Then after entering the room the bedsheet had stains..We requested the guy who was cleaning to change the bedsheet but he said there were no extra bedsheet as it was a washed one they had put..We ordered for 2 black tea but served us 2 milk tea.Room was at the end of one corner and so it was pretty damp..The floor was always wet ..The most horrible thing was the loud hare Krishna chanting which was happening nearby which went till the middle of the night..Location was not that good..Very much interior from the old digha sea beach.

I like a out their promo room services, at any point of day.Their ears are all yours and the staffs are really cool to engage conversations with.They are really very helpful.
The room services can be much better..like when you ordered food you don't have to wait for over an hour to get your food delivered to room. Restaurant staff should be much more punctual.

The first thing I like about the hotel is the behaviour of the hotel staffs including manager. Room service is also excellent. Location is ok. Room size is quite satisfactory. It was very much comfortable for all our family member. Quality of food is also very good but I expected a little more wide range in menu list. Overall we enjoyed our staying a lot in this hotel and wish to travel again in future.
There should be a more variety in menu list.
