Central location near St Mark’s Square and nice well equipped kitchen to have dinner and chill in.

1. Each person was given only 2 small sachets (like samples you get from shops) of body soap CUM shampoo to use for 4 nights. 2. While we had to update the host when we arrived at the train station (1 hour before reaching the meeting point) and when we boarded the ferry to the meeting point, he was 15-20 minutes late and we stood in the cold (winter) waiting and wondering if we were at the right spot. He was friendly enough, but no apologies or explanation were given. 3. Please note 2nd floor means ground floor, 1st floor then 2nd floor. We were warned the apartment was on 2nd floor so are not complaining. However, do note there were quite a few flights of stairs. 4. The heating is not controlled in the apartment and will only come on occasionally. To be fair, the host was responsive when we texted him once and the heating came on soon after. But to be really comfortable, either you don’t mind the cold or don’t mind troubling people often. Our other compatible accommodation had in-room heating controls. 5. I read reviews saying the shower cubicle was small. It was fine for us, but note an adult can only stand in it and not bend over.

Helt fantastisk mottakelse, fine folk, fint område.
