Huckleberry Ridge ha tutto, da quelle incredibili viste sulle montagne con solitudine e privacy, alla magnifica vasca idromassaggio dove è possibile rilassarsi e lasciarsi il mondo alle spalle.
Si entra in questa cabina attraverso la cucina, completamente attrezzata con piano cottura, frigorifero, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, caffettiera e tutto il necessario per preparare un ottimo pasto.
Rilassati al tavolo da pranzo con sei sedie per mangiare o incontrare la famiglia e gli amici a casa, usando il WiFi gratuito.
La zona giorno è arredata con un divano letto matrimoniale, poltrona reclinabile e comoda poltrona. Mentre ti godi l'accogliente camino a gas in pietra accatastato, guarda in alto per vedere le due storie di finestre che conducono al soffitto della cattedrale. Divertiti con la TV a schermo piatto montata sopra il camino.
Al livello principale c'è una camera da letto matrimoniale con un letto king-size e TV a schermo piatto. Il bagno adiacente ha una doccia splendidamente piastrellata e lavatrice / asciugatrice impilate. Troverai anche la seconda camera da letto su questo livello, completa di un comodo letto matrimoniale e TV a schermo piatto.
Al piano superiore nella sala giochi, sia gli adulti che i bambini possono godersi ore di divertimento giocando a biliardo o guardando la TV. C'è anche un tavolo e sedie dove gli spettatori possono guardare o magari giocare ad alcuni giochi di carte. La sala giochi soppalcata ha anche un divano letto, che consente a Huckleberry Ridge di dormire altre due persone.
Dopo una giornata piena di attrazioni, spettacoli, shopping e molte altre attività, potrai rilassarti e rilassarti nell'altalena della veranda. We really enjoyed our stay at Huckleberry Ridge. It was very remote and away from all the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge which we really enjoyed. The house was a lot smaller than the pictures show and I wouldn't recommend it for any more than 4 adults. Also, be aware that TN has scorpions (about 3" in size) in the mountains, as we found one in the cabin on our 3rd night there.
The property management took care of us during the wildfire that was occurring during our stay. We were evacuated because of the fire and they contacted us to let us know that we needed to get our belongings and leave, they called us a couple days later to make sure that we were able to get our stuff out of they house and issued us a refund for the nights we were not able to stay in the cabin. We continued our vacation sightseeing different areas of TN and staying in hotels, which was fine as well. This was our first time staying in a Vrbo rental and over all we enjoyed it and will do it again in the future.

The View and location of this home were perfect.
But there were so many maintenance issues that it really cut into the enjoyment of our stay.
The wifi was down quite a bit, the security system didn't work, the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms doesn't work, the side lamp in the bedroom doesn't work, some of the light switches in the house didn't work or are mislabelled, there are no clear instructions on how to operate the fireplace & the remote for it doesn't work, half the Jets in the hot tub weren't operable because the adjustment knobs are broken, the grill did not work even though there was a tank attached – we think the starter was broken, the dryer did not work.
And the number one issue was that the water was truly disgusting. The ice coming out of the ice maker was yellow/ brown and the water bowl I had filled up for my dogs looked like it had a layer of grease on top with things floating in it.
We had to go get jugs of water for us all to drink and for making coffee; and I certainly wouldn't shower in it. The toilets were terribly stained and looked disgusting as well.
We come to that area every year and I've never had this many problems with a place, especially not for the amount per night that we paid and the steep additional fees. And sure, most of these items are small but, compounded they do affect the overall enjoyment of a vacation. We work hard for our money and try to choose wisely where it is spent. We would not book this place again unless we were assured all the issues above were addressed - ESPECIALLY the water.
I'm hoping the owner wasn't aware of all of these issues and maybe now that they are, won't find it acceptable and will make a change.
