Everything lovely hotel with a homely feel to it.it was our anniversary when we arrived and a bottle of wine and balloon were left outside our door the continental breakfast was excellent.nice clean room.Bevky couldn't do enough for us
not much storage space so made uses of the wide windowsills but for 2 nights it was fine

Very close to the seafront

The hotel was clean and location in terms of being central and close to the pier was great. We had a double and single bed room and was comfortable.
I have an electric car so the two charging points almost outside the hotel were great.
Unfortunately, it is located right across from a burnt out building and a very loud karaoke/nightclub that went in until 1am so we could t sleep before then with a young family. The windows are not great. Tough to shut and even when you do so they dont keep out the noise.
The welcome wasn't great either when we arrived. I read lots of comments of friendly staff but honestly didn't get that at all. No smile. No welcome.
