The staff, the cleanliness, and the location
I had a delivery and the courier left the order at the reception, I called and requested to have it delivered to my room but they said I had to come down to take it.
Also I checked in late but no one called me to confirm if I will be there or not.

Everything was good in the hotel
The food selection for dinner was limited. Also, the hotel should be more proactive in advising guests how to access the hotel by foot from the metro station.

Location, cleanliness & overall service
Housekeeping staff when came to the room i asked him to call Room service he said i can not call you can call through your phone
In service you should always say yes to the guest

The hotel is clean and comfortable.
The reception staff by the name Thamer. He was very poor in customer service. Even though we were checked in late at 16.30 because the rooms were not ready and we had to stay at the reception, he refused to give a late check out to 15.00. He was very rude in his commutation. Needs training in customer service.
