Questo condominio dispone di ripiani in granito, riscaldamento centralizzato e aria condizionata, pavimenti in legno e piastrelle in tutta l'unità. L'unità ha una cucina completamente attrezzata con frigorifero, piano cottura, microonde, lavastoviglie e, soprattutto, una caffettiera Keurig, quindi assicurati di portare le tue tazze K preferite! L'edificio dispone di una piscina interna riscaldata che puoi goderti tutto l'anno, una vasca idromassaggio, una piscina all'aperto ed è proprio sull'oceano in modo da poter prendere il sale e la sabbia!

And terrific location. This building is on the beach and within walking distance to the boardwalk. It is also very close to a pier, although it is under construction at the moment, so we couldn’t go out on it or swim within 50 yards of it. It was very nice to have beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand castle tools.

Loved the room and the view. The cleanliness was great we had everything we needed right there. Brad was awesome with communication and getting the information to us that we needed to access the property. Plan on going back there next year!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Very comfortable living space. Everything in good working condition. We could walk most places we wanted to go. Close to boardwalk. Would stay there again!

The property indicated newly renovated. It was far from it. The manager stated they use this saying for up to 5yrs. Lots of little things needed. Manager did not tell us there was construction of a pier going on. Got there the hot tub was shut down. Wasnt informed of a entrance code change. Pillows were a disgrace. Had to buy new ones. Furnature was dirty. Windows were filthy. Had to clean windows to see out. Parking changed and was notified furing the day of not 48hrs prior. Than issued a violation notice. Not the same utensils as the adv showed. Pots were trash. Rusted air vents. Floor transitioners broken and can hurt your feet. Large gap in the door and frame. Needed weather stripping.
I would not recoomend anyone to stay here.
We used to own a rental condo next to this building and we took very serious the condition we rented because we stayed in it. Our belief is presentation is want you would want if stayed in. This unit vlearly showed the owner dies not stay in it. Rent it, take the money and move on.
