This property was a good location for what we needed. It had just enough entertainment for our kids to forget there was no pool. I love the little details like the headboard light, the mini fans next to that to give some airflow, and the perfect nightlight for the bunkbeds for the kids. It made them feel much better. The owner was responsive, kind, and pretty quick to respond. The house was in a quiet suburb area and this made for quicker travels for us to places we wanted to go.My positives: the little details like night lights in bathroom and bedrooms, the fans for when it got hot, the arcade game kept my kids plenty entertained, the location was good, the pull out sofa, and the TV with streaming services already hooked up. Great water pressureMy negatives: not an equipped enough kitchen to have frozen pizza even, no coffee machine, the whole place had a weird smell most of the time, no extra hand towels or paper towels for cleaning any messes. There were no hand towels or paper towels to clean up any water spills or other messes. I was not informed of there mot being a working coffee maker so not having a coffee maker made things tricky for getting that wake up help in the morning. There were alot of crumbs in the couch so when we went to use the sofa bed alot of those flopped onto the bed. The door handle to get in gets super hot to the touch during the day so be careful grabbing it when opening the door.Overall worth the price and would recommend.

Very convenient and equipped with everything we needed.

Great decor, awesome shower 😁

This place has everything a family needs to have a relaxing vacation. From the time we arrived, we were happy with the selection of our stay. Our family of 5 fit perfectly. While this place can seem cozy, the owner is efficient with the space and there is a place to put all of your things. The place is decorated with a modern touch but still feels like home. All of the appliances are new - from the washer/dryer, stove/oven, refrigerator, and even the showerhead! Taking showers with 8 different settings just because you can, all while in the chill blue mood lighting says, “you’re on vacation.”The master bedroom has a different kind of feel to it as there are no windows, but perfect for sleeping in or taking a nap. The electric outlets include USB ports as well as traditional prong, which is very convenient. Our 3 girls enjoyed the triple bunkbeds, in which each bunk had its own dimming light with usb and traditional prong charge ports. The arcade was a great treat for the kids, but Dad put in more hours than anybody. Popular games of the 90s like X-men, Simpsons, and TMNT will bring nostalgia and peace of mind that you won’t run out of quarters. The TV is huge and has every popular streaming platform to enjoy whatever you want. The kitchen is large enough to cook for a whole family. The Keurig coffee maker and the complimentary jars of candy were a welcome amenity after a long road trip. The property is nestled into a great neighborhood. There is a huge park just a block west of the property. Smith’s (Kroger) Marketplace and Walmart are just minutes away for anything you may need. The owners are very responsive to any question or concern you may have. After learning we are wimps to the cold, they provided a space heater in addition to their perfectly working heat. We will definitely be staying at this location, if available, the next time we are in Springville.
