My wife and I decided to stay here in early November for our honeymoon. It was great, very comfortable, very cozy. Everything you need is there and its easily accessible driving wise, easy to find. It also has a great mountain view, especially in the mornings. The hot tub works great, feels great, and is very relaxing. The hot tub and cabin are very clean upon arrival. You can tell the owner of the property really cares about the cleanliness and the comfort of the cabin. Overall very great place to stay. 10 out of 10 would definitely stay here again!!

My husband and I stayed for the week in Sept. Place is quite new, clean, and feels large for a cabin. Away from noise, but just a few minutes to drive to restaurants in Bryson city. We got up early for Wednesday morning bike ride in Cades Cove- rewarded with much wildlife, including three sets of bears and cubs. We did early trip to Cataloochie valley, saw elk-bull, cows and one calf. Great location for a home base while enjoying the park. Highly recommend.

This was our second time staying at Blue Moose. The first time was our honeymoon in Oct 2022. Just like the first time, it was absolutely perfect. You are so close to town but where the cabin sits feels pretty secluded. It’s exactly what we needed for a short weekend getaway! We will be returning.

If you're looking for the cutest mountain-view cabin within city limits...this is it! Although my family didn't, you're definitely able to walk into town and get just about anywhere. Just can't beat the view from the front door and it's proximity to town. We enjoyed roasting marshmallows in the fire pit and relaxing in the hot tub! We spent most of our time in the Nantahala Gorge zip-lining and horseback riding. This was about 10 minutes away from the cabin. We had a great time and a lovely stay at the Blue Moose. I would stay again if I'm ever in the area :)

We had a wonderful time at the Blue Moose! The cabin is so cute, comfortable and private. It had everything we needed, and the views are even prettier than anticipated. We hope to return in the summer to the Blue Moose to enjoy relaxing, rafting and hiking in the beautiful mountains.

The Blue Moose is BY FAR the best VRBO I've ever stayed in. The house was super clean and the decor is sooo beautiful! The view from the front porch is stunning and the hot tub and firepit were the cherries on top! We will definitely be visiting the Blue Moose again!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We spent a week at the Blue Moose for our anniversary and it was wonderful! The cabin was decorated for Christmas and was so cute and welcoming! The cabin was clean and comfortable, the perfect size for two adults for a week. The bed was comfortable, the shower was fabulous, the fireplace amazing for cold nights. The location was so close to everything, yet also far enough away for a cozy private retreat. The views are breathtaking. The owner was awesome to communicate with. The cabin's location is perfect for day trips-we travelled to Sevierville and Cherokee, and spent a day in Bryson City. This definitely 5 stars!!!

This was an awesome place to stay. We will 100% be back again. We had to check out early because of a bad storm coming in and we had to get on the road. It’s an awesome location close to good hiking and fishing plus all of the downtown Bryson City fun. This is one of my favorite cities to visit for outdoor activities in NC and we’ve found an affordable place to come stay more comfortably with our newborn son since camping is tricker now. Can’t wait for spring so we can book again and stay a little longer.

Couples...don't look any further! The Blue Moose will check all the boxes! The cabin is cozy and comfortable; tasteful, but fun furnishings and decor. Great amenities, but we had single digit temps so didn't use the hot tub or the fire pit. But loved the fireplace! All the little extra's were noticed and appreciated.
Beautiful views. Very close to town and only 30 minutes to Cherokee. We were winners at the casino! (But we're not big betters. LOL
Katrina is the perfect host and a timely communicator. We're coming back in the Fall!!

The Blue Moose is a cozy little find that is less than a mile away from downtown Bryson City. This property is well appointed with many amenties that offer the comforts of home.
Katrina is a gracious host who communicated promply with us via VRBO. We love that she is a nurse by trade and is concerned for the wellbeing of her Blue Moose clients. She offers samples of wellness products that cater to those who need relaxation or recovery from a day of hiking, walking, kayaking, etc. She also has a hot tub to soak sore muscles.
The attention to detail when building this property provides the guest with an awesome ambiance. We will return the next time we are in Bryson City.

I can't wait to stay here again. Reasonably priced, quaint, peaceful and accessible to everything that Bryson City has to offer. Easy to communicate with the host who was very accommodating. I highly recommend staying here.
