Inside the kitchen, our guests love the ample cooking area, open shelving and top of the line appliances.

The views really are second to none! Within minutes walking distance to the U of A's Old Main & Dickson Street's renowned George's Majestic Lounge.

Also, within a minute's walking distance, the newly remodeled Walton Arts center, downtown eating & bars, and our town's famed 'Dickson Street Bookstore'.

L'ultimo condominio in centro! La nostra casa è il luogo ideale per ottenere la completa "esperienza Fayetteville" per due. Situato nell'ambita "Dickson", il nostro posto è a soli due isolati dall'Università dell'Arkansas e nel cuore del quartiere dei divertimenti di Fayetteville. Goditi le magnifiche viste sul vivace centro di Fayetteville dal campo più alto dell'edificio di Dickson Street. Resta dentro o esci, ma assicurati di avere un po 'di tempo per un po' di privacy nell'ampio patio rivolto a est della nostra unità.

Not much for accommodating early check in and late check out ...fairly cumbersome getting in and ot of room only one fob to acces property and elevator...Difficult for 2 people doing different things
