The property is situated in a beautiful place over looking the river and by the little harbour, central and within walking distance.
I only have one disappointment! That was one of the toilets was disgusting and had not been cleaned, with stain and poo marks all around the pan.

What a great find, it was bright and airy. The view was stunning. It is right in the river front, and lovely shops, cafes and pubs nearby. Such a beautiful area. Decor was great, beds and sofas comfy.
Parking is simple, but you have to display something in the windscreen, which you only discover once you get to the flat, so have to walk back again. Only five minutes away, but it would be better if you could print one at home.

Great location, really spacious, good level of finishes in the bathrooms. Great shower.
Sofas quite small and not overly comfortable, bit dated and looked tired. Couldn’t really relax on them.
Only one bedside lamp in the twin room, didn’t check in the double as was not staying in it. And talking of the double, it should really be a king size bed.
Bath towels were small and thin, not big enough with a luxurious feel.
No coffee pods provided. Not sure it was stated it was included but it’s trying to be a luxury apartment but lacked the luxury touches to elevate it.

The location was fab, couldn't of asked for better.
Directions for the carpark abit vague. As there was 2 private carparks on Roseville street. It only clicked when we saw the name of the holiday company on the wall to entrance of carpark, we then found our parking space. So perhaps put that info on the paperwork regarding parking.
