There was no staff on site the day we arrived and the day we left on the Sunday morning

Had a member of staff for help has there was no toilet paper and no e had to go to the main building and ask a question who do we see for toilet paper.

Great location for the Hall. Jasmine : lovely size bungalow with 2 bedrooms and 2 ensuites.

Noisy fridge, no working latch on main bedroom door causing slight knock during night (nothing a towel didn't fix) some cracked tiles near main door. Needs some TLC. No communication from Caradoc when having Security Deposit issues.

Lovely little isolated cottages. Roomy and clean.

This is advertised as Netley Hall- you are not going to the hall and also are told you can’t use the facilities!

Great location, so pretty and perfect for our dog. There are squirrels, ducks, swans and cows, so not ideal if you have a dog that likes to chase wildlife. Property wise, fantastic size. Everything was clean. Comfortable mattress.

Oven and grill didn’t work. I couldn’t find an outside bin, so not ideal when you have dog poo bags to dispose off. WiFi disconnected at 21:45 and came back on at 5:45, so I’m wondering if it gets turned off during these hours? I had an unfortunate incident of our carbon monoxide alarm beeping from 5am, so didn’t get much sleep and made my dog a nervous wreck. I did disconnect it, but it didn’t stop the beeping, so placed it outside, but by then we were awake! An early morning sunrise walk is very pretty though. There was a recent review from a neighboring cottage who had the same carbon monoxide alarm beeping issue, so I do hope they now change all the alarms , as they’re obviously all about to expire.
