Very spacious, especially considering the cost. Like a whole apartment!

Location is good. Just 5 minutes walk to subway station. Provision of a small open kitchen is convenient for simple cooking.
Room space is not adequate for 3 single bed setting. More suitable for a double bed and a single bed set up. Better to provide dining table instead of coffee table.

Keyless system was great. After initial panic the check-in worked. Do press * before you enter the code to open the main door downstairs.
Great to have washing machine.
Quiet place.
Poor cleaning, dust everywhere above eye level.
Moldy AC and vents.
Smoking stink was going inside my windows, because there are smoking areas somewhere close.
There was a knife sharpener, but no knife.
No light switch near bed.

Location need car, no parking available, pay for own parking elsewhere (it was raining). Check-in was smooth, we already filled up the form earlier online. Quiet place.
Room is very small, more suitable for 2 persons only. One queen bed only. The other two had to sleep on the floor after pushing away the chair and the table. It is different from the picture posted online. The place is not very clean, I had to vacuum the floor myself, there was hair and dust everywhere. Even the vacuum cleaner was not very clean - dust bag quite full. There is washing machine but no clothes dryer. Not worth the price paid.
