The cottage is in an even more exceptional location than the map indicates. It is on a quiet walkway, easily accessed from the bridge, with access to the Tarka Trail just down a set of stairs and the best pub in Bideford only half a block away.

Great location, walking distance into town. We ran Biddeford 10k and park run, easy walking distance to start of both. Cottage is comfortable and fully equipped with everything you may need. Loved this place would stay here again.
Couldn’t think of anything i did not like.

The property was in a great location
The location was great but lots of steps and parking not great. The property smells very damp especially the down stairs where the twin bedroom is and the bathroom.
