The house was adorable and very well stocked! We even made brunch charcuterie boards for 9 people one morning and weren’t lacking for serving ware! The layout of the house was perfect for our needs. I’d definitely recommend this as more of a summer home so you can take advantage of the wrap around deck & seating. Perfect location. Responsive on site property attendants (it’s in a vacation home neighborhood).

The AC had some locked setting on it that blocked us from setting it below 80. We had to call the property management office to come fix (who are luckily very responsive). Also I would caution large groups of adults - the bunk beds are not for large / tall people. We were all women in the mid 5ft range and our feet still touched the ends.
