Great location. The place is very well equipped with everything you need. Great place to stay :)
Having more place to hang your wet towels/clothes would be great.

The apartment was very comfortable had all the facilities. Nice homely touches, everything was there that you needed. Bedding was crisp and spotless. A washer was available for use which was very handy. Large smart TV in the bedroom, AC was latest model and worked a treat. Electric blankets were fitted in the bed which was handy as Cyprus was cold in February. Location was perfect as there were restaurants, cafés, local shops, pubs, banks, bakeries and the beach all within meters with all tastes catered for.
The location was hard to find and not obvious. Access to the apartment was via a very tight spiral staircase, and hard to get luggage up there.

- free parking, facilities, very well equipped kitchen, big space, close to the sea and to nice restaurants.
- small bathroom, not very nice smell from downstairs. The apartment need to be clean from bottom to the top.

We only stayed for one night so the place suited our needs. It was comfortable enough and not too far from the centre of town. It was a fairly chilly day in January but the apartment (apart from the bathroom) was well heated.
The apartment could have been cleaner. It had a separate bathroom which was unheated with a window that couldn't be closed properly, so it wasn't particularly comfortable using it on a chilly January day. Also it was quite hard to find the place on arrival.

i was not able to stay as no-one eas replying the phone to provide me with the key and the apt was permanently closed.i stayed in the middle of the night with no accommodation in the rain. had to book elsewhere and had to find availability

-Not covers for the sun at the windows in the main bedroom
-Unfortunatelly, threre were cockroaches in the apartment. Don't know if it was because of the building or because of the general problem that the island of Cyprus has. Except that, it was clean.

We have spent almost an hour waiting for the keys and trying to get into the flat
noisy till 1am (fast food deliveries below the window) and starting 5am

This very nice appartement, is something special. It's a place, you'll remember because the owner did create a quaintly,, realy cosy and comfortable place. (You can even enjoy a heating blanket!). In the kitchen you can find
food and spices. The location is quiet, although you're very near to the beach and you can find lots of cafes and restaurants, nearby.
But the very best is the owner! He is available all the time and sooo...helpful! He even did send my favorite but forgotten T-shirt to Vienna. (Without any costs!) If you prefer a nice host, then this is your place!

Very clean apartment equipt with many things that you don't expect to have there, polite and helpful owner, great location with many shops around, restaurants, beach is just around the corner. Apartment looks much better then it's on the pictures.
Only negative thing is narrow staircase to the apartment.

It is a comfortable cozy and nicely decorated apartment. There was everything one may need. It is in a central area where one can easily find food at all hours. The host was very polite and helpful. I definitely recommend it.
