Πιστεύω ότι στα δωμάτια θα ήταν καλό να υπήρχεν εξοπλίσμώς μπάνιου. π.χ παντόφλες.

We have stayed in Aliathon 6 times over the years, always with the family, young kids and now teenagers. We have always had a perfect experience. Now we booked for the new Ionian for the first time and this us just exceptional, the rooms are beautiful, the controls for lights & aircon are great and the beds are the best I've ever slept on in a hotel. Could be ***** Breakfast is fantastic and as everywhere in the hotel the service comes with a smile - and possibly a joke 😄 Awesome, just keep going the same way!

La suite avec vue piscine est folle, j’ai adoré. C’était si agréable. Dommage il y avait que des enfants mais on ne contrôle pas cela. Très bon petit déjeuner. Personnel sympa.

Revoir un peu le ménage sous les meubles tout de même et les parois de la piscine.

booked apartment for 3 people - room prepared for 2 people. the staff didn’t clean our apartment so we were left with no clean towels in the middle of the night. No fresh juice refill 1 hour before the end of the breakfast. no coffee refill in the apartment - the rude lady from reception told us that we can buy a coffee in the hotel store

The hotel is beautiful, impressive reception area, lovely outdoor space, well maintained gardens. The rooms are spacious and clean. There's plenty of space for parking. Despite the hotel being quite empty they still put on a decent selection at breakfast. It's near enough to other things (supermarkets/restaurants) though not much is open during low season. They were accomodating of children and provided cots and highchairs for them at breakfast.

There were quite a few features of the hotel that made it feel like it prioritised style over substance, the hospitality wasn't as good as expected and there were some features that made it feel a bit cheap. We booked knowing full well March was low season and we wouldn't be able to use all the facilities. When we checked in at around 6pm we were just given our key, told breakfast was 7-10 and where the lifts were. There was no more information offered about the hotel/area/where to park/where get dinner etc, we had to ask everything and it was a bit like pulling teeth! As mentioned in the pros the rooms are lovely, there are dividing doors to separate a small 'living' area from the bedroom and our children slept in there but the doors are a bit flimsy and precarious. They didn't block light/sound really so are more for show, we were worried they might break every time we closed them! There is a coffee machine in the room and the first day we were given two coffee pods for this but the following day when we noticed they hadn't been restocked after room service and asked for some more we were told they were only 'welcome coffees' and are only given on the first day. This felt a bit cheap given there is a perfectly good coffee machine in the room that you then can't use! Toiletries weren't provided, there is a just a generic bar of soap and a dispenser in the shower (presumably soap, it didn't specify). Like most people I travel with my own toiletries but I would expect a 4* hotel to provide these. On booking.com there was no mention of a children's splash park but we had seen this on their website. It was very obviously closed when we arrived but we asked at reception about when it was normally opened. The first person we asked said they only worked nights so didn't know this sort of information.
